I didn't catch the gentlemen's name that day we were in the store, but I'm sure he remembers the kid that pulled the alarm. This employee was the sweetest person from the second we walked into the store; when we sat down, the fire alarm happened to be right behind my son, and before I could say don't touch, he had pulled it. The employee wasn't mad at all and was so kind. He told us it wasn't a big deal and everything was ok after I apologized a million...
