We drove from Cleveland Ohio. And when we got here they was playing Bingo and they sat us by the Dj. Who wants loud music in there ear while they are trying to eat. Not just that Nobody came to our table. They had us waiting for a long time. I was over it so we went somewhere else. Black people need to do better. 3/12/2025 7:58p.m
I ordered a reaper burger and it came with fries. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo. It was pretty good. It wasn't spicy to me. Ordered a long island ice tea and it was watered down. The waitress did not supply us with any silverware nor came to check on us to see if everything was ok or even asked if we wanted a refill on the water. Also, when we was asking for our check it felt like she was trying to rush us and asked if it was cash or card. I will not be returning.

Decent service, though music was too loud. Steak was tender and cooked appropriately as requested.

The server was nice but incredibly slow. I was there for over am hour and never got a drink refill. The food is disgusting. Canned food tastes better. I spent $75 here for a burger, chicken pasta, spinach dip, and fries. The fries were the only edible course.

My family had came out on Christmas Day. We're going to mentioned this in a series of strikes.
Strike 1) The guy who sat us wanted to seat us in a booth, of a family of 5. We asked if we could move to a table so that we could all sit comfortably.
Strike 2) the server her name was Lakeya, I don't know how to spell it. She kept forgetting my brother drink order. She kept giving him a sprite when he doesn't drink soda.
Strike 3) we had gotten the appetizers with no silverware. We was fine with it at first as it was finger food. Then we got our food and still no silverware. We waited 7 mins to get silverware as she kept disappearing.
Strike 4) When we had gotten our food we were missing multiple items. She then wants to say "y'all good?" No, we are not good. I told her what we were missing and she said that the kitchen was going through something and she has to yell at them for them to give us our food. Which when she left our table oh boy did we hear her yell.
Strike 4) I don't know what was going on that night but there were playing all type of music. Some with the curse words in them. Which is crazy considering it is a family restaurant. Our server said it was Bingo night. She had mentioned that the regulars would bring their our food in and take business away from them which is true and that she doesn't know what her manager allows or don't allow.
Strike 5) then when we are ready for the bill and our server goes missing. My husband asked for the manager to find her or for the manager to give us the bill. Turns out our server was outside talking with friends, her uniform is off and she is ready to go. Yeah we were too for ten mins. While Im Paying for the meal she goes and say "you could leave me no tip don't worry about you could leave me no tip." Ma'am stop.
I left her a $10 tip because I am a server and I know how rough it might be for a server to work on Christmas. What she didn't know is that I had a $100 bill in my pocket for whoever had served us and provide us with GREAT service, sadly she did not. The worst part about it is that we were her ONLY table. Horrible service and we were her only table? Mind blowing.

FINAL UPDATE: I reached out to the restaurant this morning and spoke with Melissa. Without hesitation, she asked how we could rectify the issue. She was apologetic and very kind on the phone. She offered to refund the unauthorized amounts and a $10 coupon. She was able to get everything handled in a few hours, and for her stepping in, i take the 1 star back and give them now 4 stars!
UPDATE: The next day, I looked at my bank statement and saw where the tip had an extra $5 as i left 18%. See receipt below. I called the restaurant and Mike answered. Explained what I found. He asked for my name, the date I came in, and around the time. He fumbled around and said he'd call back. I told him that was fine or the next day if he needed more time. Mike never called. Today is Wednesday, and i checked my balance first thing this morning, and NOW i still see the extra $5 tip, AND now the bill has an additional $10 added. I will be going to the restaurant immediately after work. I will contact corporate. I will go on social media. I will call my bank. I will take my 5 stars back! THIEVES! Look at my receipt vs. my bank statement!
My 7 yr old and I came to eat and watch the game. This was his first time. I ordered ribs/fries, and my son ordered his favorite from ANY restaurant, pasta Alfredo. My food was delicious despite needing a little BBQ sauce. My son ate his mozzarella sticks and took 2 bites of pasta, looked at me, and said, "Mom, I can't eat this! This is NOT alfredo! This is not good!" The manager, Gabby ( i assumed she was the manager, but if not pls promote her). It was super sweet. She quickly suggested that we get him something else and even offered a discount. She took his order, which came out hot and fresh. She was very apologetic and showed genuine empathy. She brought our bill out after reducing the bill drastically and gave us a coupon for a free entree. Even though the issue wasn't grand, Gabby exceeded any expectations in this matter. Definitely shout her out when you visit this location. Our server was a sweetheart, too: Kamorrah. Thanks for attending to our needs by being proactive. After all that, my son said he'd come back bc everyone was nice, and the chicken tenders are bomb!

An employee at this location committed theft. I went to the location, picked up my online order, and I paid $12.55. I now see a charge for $16.55 and the employee added a $4 dollar tip to my bill after I paid and left. That’s not right. I called the manager on 11/15/24 at 5:55pm and spoke to Mike and he said he would look into this and give me a call back. He said it’s Friday, we’re busy, but I’ll call you back. I’m writing this the following Monday. No call back. The Friday’s employee stole from me. It’s only $4 but it’s the principle. That’s illegal and beware of employees at this location adding tips to your bill you didn’t authorize.

Great experience yesterday. Semaj was so cool as our server. Whiskey Sampler was on point. Drinks were made well. Seems like things are improving at Friday's. I plan to drop in again soon to see if I have the same experience.

Danae was the best bartender. I had the cajun shrimp and chicken pasta with a steak and everything was delicious. The bartender was very attentive and make sure I was okay during my visit. I recommend visiting if you’re in the Northlake area!
The food was good. We had 3 burgers and 1 steak. All were cooked to the correct temperature. The restaurant was a little empty and the service was a little slow. Nice a polite staff just a little slow.
This place has gone downhill. It's sad because TGI was the place back in the day. Food is meh. Service is the same.
