Batch House is hands down one of my favorite bakeries in Charlotte. The texture, sweetness, and quality of treat I've tried is top notch. Some of my faves include the dulce de leche snickerdoodle cookie, cadburry egg cookie, s'mores scone, oatmeal cream pie, peanut butter cup cookie, and sugar cookies. I am also loving the new series of celeb print cakes/cookies! Keep them coming. :)

Hands down the BEST bakery in Charlotte! If you are looking for a charming atmosphere, with the friendliest service, and the most unique flavors, @thebatchmaker is for you! They always have an amazing selection of seasonal baked items. Everything is fresh, creative, and thoughtfully made. The staff are consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind.
Their âpuddle cookies,â are their version of chocolate chip cookies and will not disappoint if you are looking for something classic. They also have amazing cakes, cinnamon rolls, cheddar biscuits, pop tarts and so much more! I love filling a to-go box with a variety of options to take to every community gathering/birthday/friend's dinner.
They have a cute little library and host special events like story time for the kids.
The owner is an incredible woman who pours her heart into every tiny detail! You can truly feel the loe and care when you walk in, in every bite, in sweet conversations. Highly recommend â

I have never been to a place where everything tastes good no matter what it is. Im not even a fan of pumpkin flavored or incorporated treats but if it comes from them then I know itâs great! Their cookies, bread, cupcakes, and cheesecake are all decadent.
This is such a cute bakery and it smells so nice inside.
I read a lot of reviews and people raved about the oatmeal cream pie so I decided to order one for my evening sweet treat.
Was I supposed to eat it immediately? When I went to enjoy it after dinner that evening it was hard as a rock and I was worried I would break my teeth biting into it. I ended up separating the two cookies and microwaving one of the oatmeal cookies for 20 seconds. It was still very hard to bite into but I did taste it and it was overly sweet.
If I ever go again I would order something different.

The cheddar biscuit is amazing! the oatmeal cookie is right. I was not a fan of the s'more brownie. It tasted old and the marshmellow topping didn't help. The brownie did not taste fresh by 2 pm. I think the best experience is earlier in the day. The storefront itself is inviting and there is seating inside and out. Staff is pleasant and the owner responds to online inquiries.

Such a cute shop- and friendly/helpful team! I have wanted to stop in for a while- ended up with the churro brownie (wow- amazing but not pictured because I accidentally ate it before I got home), coffee cake (insanely good and the perfect ratio of cinnamon) and a pop tart. I totally get the hype for this bakery, it exceeded my expectations, I canât wait for my next visit :)

Picked up a bunch of baked goods for Thanksgiving. Everything looks amazing and the atmosphere was beyond wonderful. Had the pumpkin muffin with cream cheese as soon as I left and was delicious and still warm. Canât wait to go back and try more!

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Me and my Fiancee come in here at least biweekly to get some sweets for the weekend! Our experience has been nothing but great! If I could, I want the recipe for the crÚme brûlée cookie cake.
