Great little find while visiting for the day. Staff were friendly and guided me through the menu. The avocado toast was exceptional with fresh and curated ingredients. The hot almond milk latte was velvety and smooth. My husband had the cold brew and describe it as “good”. Prices were very reasonable for the quality. If I lived in the area I would be a repeat customer. Overall, recommend!

They were overly sweet and taste as if they're undercooked. The ratio of sugar and butter to flour feels off. After eating my teeth were literally aching, you can get a much more balanced dessert at Suarez's or Alexandra's.

The Batchmaker is our absolutely FAV bakery. It’s a must stop whenever we are anywhere near Charlotte. We’ve considered making the trip to CLT alone just to get our hands on some of Cris’ treats. Our faves include OCPs of course, coffee cake, poptarts, PB + chocolate puddle cookies, cookie butter banana bread and s’mores brownies. Honestly you can’t go wrong. Can’t wait for our next trip. Seriously don’t skip out - you won’t be disappointed!

We worked with Cris and the Batch House to cater desserts for our wedding. Everything went perfectly and the desserts were a massive hit and huge success among our guests. Everyone raved about them. Cris helped us refine our order over the months leading up to our wedding to make sure we had the right quantities. They were also able to easily accommodate our need for some gluten-free options. We ended up ordering a cake, and a variety of mini’s (brownies, cookies, and oatmeal cream pies). The cake looked amazing and tasted even better. The mini desserts were many of the guests favorite aspect of our wedding. The desserts here are just delicious, words can’t do it justice, you have to go try for yourself! We would highly recommend the Batch House to anyone who appreciates a good dessert. We’re so lucky to have found this Charlotte staple!

They have the most delicious treats, I’m obsessed with all of the cookies and brownies, but the smores brownie and Oreo truffle cookie have to be my two favorites. The draft latte is also the best coffee beverage I’ve ever tasted, not exaggerating. Everyone must try this bakery, you will fall in love! Plus Cris, the owner, has the most beautiful and genuine soul, so you can’t help but want to support her small business and her team! These pics date 2021-2024!
