Came here last night to sit at the bar and have a few top shelf tequilas to end the night. There were many empty seats at the bar. Hostess insisted that we provide our name and phone numbers before sitting down. We weren’t really into doing that and had enough of those policies during Covid. We didn’t agree to provide that information to her so were asked to leave. Note to Crunkleton it is not 2020 anymore.
Edit to respond to manager:
Whatever the excuse for requiring this information, it’s just that —an excuse. Wholly unnecessary form of social control that was never widely accepted pre Covid. What’s next? Digital ids for a glass of water? Remove these big brother ridiculous policies.

One of my favorite restaurants in the Charlotte area! The drinks are amazing. Entrees never disappoint and the pecan pie rivals my grandmothers. Yum!

I wish I could give this more stars. Everything from drinks to appetizers to entrees to service to ambience were all top notch. I highly recommend this place. The guys had the tomahawk and raved about it. The girls had the chicken picatta and it was so flavorful. Natasha was our server and she was phenomenal with recomendations and continously checking on us. Don't wait to book. Well worth the price.

We adore this place. My husband and I went for date night and had a great experience. The food was top-notch, the cocktails were tasty, and the servers outside were a great duo. Our waitress, Kaila, was very sweet and knowledgeable. We will be sure to bring our friends here next time!

I rarely write a negative review, but I had only heard good things, so I wanted to share my experience. I had been wanting to try the crunkleton for forever, but unfortunately was disappointed by my visit. To start with the pros: the atmosphere if fantastic and the servers are friendly and super knowledgeable. My cocktail was really well done and creative.
The food and attention to detail was severely lacking for the price tag. The chicken picatta came highly recommend as a kitchen favorite, but the flavors were pretty bland. The duck fat potatoes sounded lovely, but we're not fully cooked fully and tasted like a plain potato. We also had to send the check back twice to get items removed that had been incorrectly added. I understand that a mistake can be made, but having to send it back twice is sloppy service at fine dining prices.
This is a fantastic cocktail bar, but I wouldn't come back for the food.

Went here for dinner on a Thursday because I wanted a nice meal . The ambiance is amazing . The seats are plush and comfy . The staff very knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered their scotch drink specials which were ok but pricey . Our next round was pretty good . All of their meat “touches the fire” so that’s positive. But was nothing special in my opinion and I ordered the wagyu . Also - it’s al la carte so you order your entree if it’s meat and then sides like a high end steak house . The food in my opinion is overpriced for what it is. Wasn’t bad just wasn’t anything special .

My wife and I had a reservation at Crunkleton this past Saturday that wasn't able to be filled due to unforseen circumstantces. We were celebrating her birthday and our first night out with our newborn at home. They were so nice at Crunkleton about not being able to fill our reservation. They walked us over to Rosemont and got us a table there and also got us a reservation for a later date that worked for us. They took great care of us at Rosemont. We were more than pleased with our dining experience there and how well the staff at both restraunts handled the situation. 10/10 would recommend this place!!
It was all good. A little pricey, but good
