Sunday Brunch was a success today! Thank you ASH, our incredible server and new friend! The food could have been trash and I still would rate the place 5 stars because of her! So fun!funny! Attentive! Great personality that was genuine!I ordered a mimosa—it was good! Classic taste! I tried the honey suckler daiquiri, that was really tasty! Just wish it was frozen!The beignets were AMAZING! We had to order two orders of them lmao I should have gotten a 3rd order to go!I ordered the Charlotte Hot Brown ($24 Stacked French Toast, Fried Chicken, Sweet Maple, Gravy, Grilled Tomatoes, Aged Cheddar, Crispy Bacon, Sunny Egg). I had the gravy on the side and asked the egg to be fried hard! It was really tasty!The atmosphere was great! Energetic but not overwhelming. Can’t wait to come back for dinner

I will say service was good, even with a full restaurant. I came here based off a IG video. It didn’t really hit for me. The wings had a burnt flavor and were cold. Idk if they let them sit while waiting on fries. The hanger steak was just way too small for a 38 dollar meal.

I enjoyed grabbing a seat at the bar for drinks and snacks. The cocktails were delish and the wine menu was great. The wings were my favorite thing I ate. This is def a great spot for happy hour.

The experience was so good I had to write the review before we even left. Our group came to celebrate a couple of birthdays and got sat with Cole, a staff member so knowledgeable and sociable that he immediately elevated the experience. We got a few apps, drinks (grab the Saturn), and even celebrated with beignets for dessert which were perfect. The staff are great and so is the ambiance. Amazing experience from start to finish.

It's been a very long time since I had such a perfectly attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly server. If you enjoy the food as much as we did, tip the kitchen for $15 and ring the cowbell! Had the best time at the Crunkleton! The food was incredible, and the staff was just so lovely. You can’t find nicer hostesses, servers, or bartenders anywhere. It’s amazing to see a staff that all care so much about creating a great dining experience. The whole team worked together beautifully. During a recent visit I had a disappointing experience with the host's seating arrangements. My friend and I were speaking Spanish while waiting for a table. During this time, 8 other parties who arrived after us were seated first at available tables.She refused to sit us and she keep us in corner When another Spanish-speaking couple arrived, the host then proceeded to seat then in the same corner area. While I cannot speak to the intent behind these seating decisions, the pattern of segregating customers based on apparent language did not feel welcoming. As patrons, we would have preferred to be seated based on arrival order, not discriminated against due to our native language.My purpose in leaving this review is not to accuse anyone of racism, but simply to provide objective feedback. This seating approach detracted from an otherwise pleasant dining experience. I hope that by respectfully highlighting this issue, the management will consider re-evaluating their hosting policies to make sure all patrons feel equally welcomed and valued
