I like the crust. It's unique, crisp, light and sturdy. Takes on a whole new meaning to crisp. Now, this crust isn't your traditional doughy bite; its kinda like Cheeze IT Snap'd crackers with a crunchy bite. The toppings really shine through as the pies are loaded with protien. My only disappointed was the limited amount of sauce or flavor. I could tell if it was due to the amount or lack of flavor. Either way, it was a good take on a pie.
We just ate here for dinner, and it was fantastic! We have a few people in our family with dietary restrictions and so we got a gluten-free crust pizza and it was so good. You couldn’t even tell that it was gluten-free and tasted just as delicious!! The ambiance was fantastic and such a fun vibe- like you were inside a Coca Cola commercial! Our waiter was Andrew, and he was great answering all of our (many) questions and always checking up on us. We also got to meet the owner...
Great pizza. One the best ive had in charlotte hands down. The only reason im taking our two stars is because they dont half and half pies. If im ordering for myself and wanna try two different kind i cant. Otherwise great food good service.
