The Great American Bagel

The workers were so incredibly rude to all of their guests!!! Absolutely no hospitality!! They all need to be fired!!!

Worse than vending machine sandwich for $16. I had to laugh at it when I opened the wrapper. The checkout guy was super friendly though, so went from 1 to 2 stars.

Pricing inaccurate- I ordered an Asiago bagel with cream cress which is posted at $6.99. Checkout it came to $8.10. I said that is not what is posted and the cashier was just it is a specialty bagel. No, the menu says “specialty bagels with cream cheese” and the price is listed as $6.99. She just stood there. Very deceptive.

I didn’t really have any issues with the service but I was disappointed in the bagel. Just not good - possibly not cooked long enough.

Got the lox, cream cheese, tomato and capers bagel. There were no capers on it. Went back to ask for the capers. “We don’t have any capers, “ they said. There was a good portion of lox, bagel itself was meh, but for a little over $20, I expected it to be as advertised, with capers. The service people are very apathetic, like most are at other places. They should tell people, if item doesn’t come as advertised, with capers. Just saying.

They had an Awful attitude. not friendly and they were ready to fight the customers.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BAGLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD!!!

First, they have 3 “Self Checkouts” when you enter, some women screamed at us from behind the counter “ THEY DON’T WORK!!” So we proceeded to counter and ordered 2 Jalapeño Cheddar bagels toasted with cream cheese. Asked her to slice them in half, she indicated that she didn’t have a knife??!!! She said there were plastic knives at the end of counter. Then when checking out we asked for 2 medium coffees, with cream and sugar. Once again they said “end of counter” .

So they didn’t do ANYTHING special for me and yet requested a tip!!??!!!??!! WHAT??? All my requests were shot down because they are TOO LAZY to accommodate a paying customer!!!

Then we took our bagels and coffee and sat to eat….DISGUSTING!!! Cold wet BAGLE that was perhaps toasted for 15 seconds. Then they over slathered the BAGLE ON THE BOTTOM OF IT????? Not sure where they learned to place cream cheese on THE BOTTOM???!!!!

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Wasted $24.00!!!!

Very unfortunate for my first time was very disappointed with the food was horrible the sausage look in cook and the cheese wasn’t even melted to much money to not be satisfied

Were very friendly, I had an issue and they fixed it right away.

Ordered a toasted bagel with butter. Bagel was dry first thing in the morning. Bagel was placed in a paper bag unwrapped. The butter leaked onto the paper bag and napkins that were in the bag. Please wrap food before putting in a bag.

I started asking about why there was a 3 dollar charge for a bagel and why it wasn’t included in the sandwich. She told me not to complain because it looked like I had money. She waited to say that until after I purchased the food. Way overpriced for terrible service.

Possibly American. Definitely not great bagels. Not even sure it would count technically as a bagel. Using grocery store frozen bagels as the standard these fall short.
Friendly fast service so credit due there. Please don’t go here expecting even an ok bagel.
