Imperial continually has customers parked in the bicycle lane on 6th St. I know of dozens of complaints that have been filed with the city by various community members, yet imperial does nothing to stop this safety issue.

Great atmosphere in this bar, I only went to the rooftop and I had a great evening. In addition to drinks, you can order shisha. Almost only Afro-Americans who come there, being the good “babtou” that I am, no problem, I only keep good memories there.

3 of the bouncers ganged up on my brother and started attacking him then kicked him out. simply because they did not know he was apart of the group they had previously let in. which is fine but why are your employees putting their hands on their costumers aggressively in the first place??! we tried to call to get the footage from that night and unfortunately we were told there were no camerasDO NOT RECOMMEND

WOULD NOT recommend. Service was consistent but other than that I hated my experience. It was my birthday and I really wanted to enjoy myself but the atmosphere and music was old and lame and the prices are way too high. I got a section 2 bottles $900 and only had seats for 4 bodies. Will not be back !

First time going since it was bought by new management only because my fave artist had an afterparty for his new project. We had a great time because of that, but otherwise this place is wack. Wish the old vibe was still there.Was repeatedly requested to move from a table we'd been sitting at because some folks who just came in bought a bottle and they wanted to push us out with our hookahs and drinks. I go where my presence is respected, and this wasn't it. Lots of other places in clt to have a fun time.(ps: a lot of the positive reviews are from the previous setup/ownership. The name stayed the same so I don't know what exactly changed but it's NOT the old Imperial.)

I be breaking it down on that rooftop and them women couldn’t take there eyes off me either. No matter if they were with there man or woman LGBTQ don’t got nothing on me baby Salaam Alaakum ✊??

Great vibe and decor. The rooftop was amazing, most of the staff was friendly. Only played trap music not my thing but seemed to fit majority of the people there.My biggest complaint is I purchased hookah, and told to set it on the speaker after the waitress had already sat it down on the giant table in the middle of the room because the other waitress said the table was reserved. I've never been to an establishment that sold hookah but didn't have a safe place for you to smoke it; on top of the club being overly crowded a huge fire hazard all together.The drinks were expensive and gross, I tried two different drinks and they both tasted disgusting with very little alcohol in them.
