Never go here. Service is horrible. A girl that took my order, half way through me talking just walked off and started talking to bother customer. She did this twice.!!!! Then over charged for my food so I paid twice and I hope I get the refund for the first voided transaction. To top it off, when my food came out I had my hand out so she could hand it to me and she blew me off to sat it on the counter. Full of attitude like I did something. The guy that was there was nice and professional and kept asking was everything ok. When she messed up my first transaction he tried to help.

I had an order from DoorDash was not what asked for and when they wouldn’t correct Jackie at Juicy Crab made sure that everything was correct no questions asked. Customer service amazing and staff as well as food. Will def go back!

Don’t ever go here!! I ordered a crab leg combo added green mussels, with corn, eggs, potatoes with a side of white rice. Seafood wasn’t the best but, I was hungry however their was a strange flavor that I though was lemon(from lemon pepper) however, soon as I left and got home, I was sick to my stomach and started to vomit. The place was empty but I didn’t think anything of it…listen, please avoid this place…. Unless you want food poisoning!!

Food nasty the store dirty the manager didn’t want to fix my food the sauce didn’t taste nothing like the university location updated I’ve emailed and I haven’t heard nothing my daughter and I been using the bathroom and vomitting for 2 days after eating here

Most overpriced food ever it’s not even that expensive at the beach where it’s fresher. Most mid seafood I ever had, then I got food poisoning and threw up everything I ate and ever thought about eating. 0/10.

Don’t waste your time here. Took 15 minutes for our waitress to greet us when there are only 4 tables including us in the restaurant, took 15 minutes to get just drinks and the soda was flat & they didn’t even have any of the basic beers on draft. Then they said there was no ranch… There are only good reviews because they take $3 off your check if you leave a good one. The place looked sad. Don’t waste your time.
