Great atmosphere!

First time visiting The Vintage Whiskey & Cigar Bar, and it definitely won’t be my last. The atmosphere is laid-back, classy, and perfect for enjoying a good cigar and whiskey. The selection is impressive, but what really made the experience stand out was the customer service.

A big shoutout to Jerrin. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about cigars and tobacco, and took the time to recommend a few great options based on what I enjoy. You can tell she genuinely knows her craft and cares about making sure customers have a great experience. If you’re in Charlotte and looking for a place to unwind with a quality cigar and a drink, this is the spot.

I was from out of town celebrating a birthday on a Saturday night and was so incredibly disappointed. The host was rude and dismissive when we said we hadn’t been here before and asked how it worked here. We paid the $10 for the day pass but the host had so much attitude we should’ve just left. Once we were seated inside, a waiter dropped off waters and we sat for 30 minutes before we realized no one was coming back to help us. We had to go to the humidor where another unhelpful staff member just asked us what we wanted. The waiter eventually came back to take drink orders and the whiskey was good but we also ordered a vanilla latte and it took forever for it to get brought to us. We were there far too long for how little we did.

Overall, the staff and service was some of the worst. A terrible place for an out of town birthday stop for sure. I hope they aren’t like this to their members. I wish we hadn’t spent any money there.

Great upscale atmosphere with a decent selection of cigars and whiskey. You'll have to pay a $10 day pass to enjoy the place which is worth it. Very accommodating staff and comfortable sitting to enjoy a good cigar. Small plates were okay. Highly recommended for cigar lovers!

Nice chill place to grab a stick

A little too smoky inside for me. However, they do have outside seating it just wasn't available at the time. Vibe was good. DJ was great.

5-Star experience for me. I read all their 1-star reviews. All of them about the dress code. I’m so happy I don’t have to hang out with those types of people. (I’m referring to people that give small businesses 1-star reviews.)

Excellent experience at vintage cigar and whiskey bar. Louis and his staff were fantastic. Bartender made great cocktails. Cigar selection was on point. Atmosphere was fantastic. Can’t comment on food as we didn’t have any, but cocktails and cigars were top-notch.

Worth the visit.

Nothing but attitude from the second I walked in. Asked about a few brands. Short, terse answers and hovered around me while I looked around like I was some vagrant off the street. Avoid these unprofessional, cold fish. Heading to spend my $200 at a competitor instead. (edit: by the way, I was in town visiting from Pennsylvania and specifically made it a point to NOT stock up at my local shop at home so that I could support local cigar shops while traveling. And THIS was the experience. Sad. Next time, I'll just give my local guy all the business and stock up before I head down. Hope having the 'tude was worth it for those few minutes )

I’ll never go to this place ever again. I’ve been here several times while in Charlotte on business with the same type of pants on but they said because I don’t have belt loops you can’t get in. It’s freaking 3 in the afternoon and I’m carrying a $2k LV bag. Forget these people. It’s 2026 and every guy wears some sort of dressing jogger. You gotta dress up to smoke sticks these days. Goofy and wired.
