I didn't really know what true joy was until I first visited the Vintage. The ownership, the staff, the very soil beneath the the structure all coming together to create what I can only describe as pure bliss.
With each puff of smoke from my cigar it felt like new life and purpose was being breathed back into me. I can't recommend the Vintage enough, and will certainly be returning as often as I can.

Just an overall great experience. Staff was beyond knowledgeable and helped us narrow down our cigars and bourbon selections. Pays to have a good staff and we will be back!

Bought my Tabernacle from here. This place has a cool, cozy feel to it. Staff was great & they're humidor is organized. They have a very good selection of cigars and the prices are good. Would def visit again when in Charlotte.

Very nice environment, both indoor & outdoor. Great selection of cigars and very reasonably priced. The staff definitely was very knowledgeable in that respect. The service for drinks was the only area of opportunity. Very nice place, and a great setting. Definitely recommended for a relaxed evening.

Great place to come and enjoy a date night. Dustin is for sure the best bartender hands down and I always bring out of town visitors to. I will always come here. 15/10 on customer service on everyone, Dustin is my favorite tho.

The staff here is very knowledgeable in both drinks and cigars. The environment is very warm and comfortable. It's a great place to relax and unwind.

Nice place, atmosphere. Good cigar selection. Unfortunately, the staff on a Friday afternoon are not the nicest(if you’re not a regular), from the greet, to the drinks, the staff is looking more towards you with a “consuming and leaving” attitude. Definitely did not feel welcomed, so it was not a great experience for me after visiting so many great cigar lounges throughout the US. There are other cigar lounges around Charlotte area that are better alternatives. This was also my second visit. Either go with someone that is a member or frequently visits and knows the staff, or find another place. Would not recommend.
Please note that the cigar community is always very friendly and welcoming, even when you’re not a regular or a member. Unfortunately this was not the case.

As a female in a predominantly male environment I felt welcomed and comfortable, especially in the restroom. They had sanitary products, mouthwash, and breath mints available. Would definitely recommend a visit.
