Find the reviews on here about the matcha to be quite strange. As someone who makes matcha at home and drinks it often, I find thoughtful cups matcha latte to be one of the best I have had! Matcha shouldn’t be sweet, so in my opinion thoughtful cup is doing it right! I also ordered the bacon and egg on an everything bagel and it was delicious. As a student I recommend here over going to Starbucks any day.
This place used to be Pete’s when I was constantly in Fretwell during my undergrad and I absolutely hated it. I was definitely nervous to try Thoughful Cup, but it is becoming one of my favorite coffee places in Charlotte! The coffee is always so good and being able to order online is such a big plus. Great service, everyone is always so nice and again, the coffee is so much better than Pete’s - I look forward to days I get to come to campus so I can grab a latte and a croissant...
