I love this place! I’ve been multiple times over the past couple years, ever since I happened upon it while out for dinner in the area. The service is wonderful and everything is so delicious! The gelato is absolutely amazing and there are always lots of unique options to chose from. The chocolates are delightful and the coffee is good. Definitely a top favorite spot in the Charlotte area!
We are visiting the area and stopped by for a late night treat. We experienced excellent customer service, heard and saw lots of happy customers at the dining tables, and got very flavorful gelato. We sadly dropped our ice cream on our way to our car and our order was quickly remade with reassurance that sometimes stuff happen. We will definitely be back when in this area again. This was such a wonderful quick stop 💝
Tifa Chocolate & Gelato at Ballantyne Village is a fantastic spot. The team is always friendly, the menu is huge with tons of incredible gelato flavors, cookies, and desserts, and everything is consistently great. My go-to is the espresso chip and cherry chip combo, which never disappoints. The cookies are also insane - big, fresh, and perfect every time. Definitely the best dessert spot in Charlotte.
