Honestly the best hibachi chicken I can find. Been going here since 2004, but last time was about 3 years ago (just due to my location). Got my same order of hibachi chicken with broccoli and sweet carrots earlier today - an extra Yum Yum sauce - and it was exactly the same hibachi chicken I remember and love. Other places just fall short (many times by a lot) and don’t come close to theirs. Love it and definitely recommend trying it!

My husband had left his wallet at home when he went to pick up our food, Upon arriving, he learned that he could not pay for our food without having the physical card on him. (The one that we were going to pay with doesn’t have the ability to be added to his phone wallet)
We were excited to try Tokyo One Express, However, we couldn’t because you have to physically pay for the food at the location. You can’t even pay over the phone. They said they have a “tap only” POS. I’ve never heard of a tap only without being able to override it to so you can physically type in the card number.

The portions are generous, the price is good and the food is decent. Not the best, not the worst. We ordered the steak Tokyo noodles and hibachi steak. The service and staff were wonderful.
Owners and employees were nice. Usually pretty good but last time I noticed the portions are smaller (especially for $12) and tasted kind of bland. Unfortunately will be my last visit ☹️

Food is bland, chicken comes out white, unseasoned and dry. However, if you want to eat inside, you aren’t allowed to share food or drinks. I don’t understand how a business thinks they can tell you that you can’t share food or drinks that you paid for!
