This was our first time going to this bakery. It was really pretty and the atmosphere was nice and comfortable. It's mostly self serve which takes a lot if pressure off when trying a new place where there's a lot of options. However, the only negative thing wad the lady checking us out. She was very rude and didn't have good customer service skills. Didn't even greet us in and spoke to us very aggressively and bluntly when we were checking out. I normally don't make a review like this but since it was our first time there it just felt necessary. Will try a different location next time.Parking: The parking front lot is extremely tight and small. I'd just go ahead and park in the additional lot. Even so, thr additional lot had minimum parking. Wouldn't recommend going when it's busy or on a weekend just because it may be harder to get a parking spot.

Stopped here for the first time after leaving Snooze in the same strip. I'm so happy we did. Lots of fresh bakery items as well as lattes, tea, coffee, and Frappuccinos. We purchased the Caramel Apple Pie danish to take home. There is limited seating. Outdoor parking. Pleasant personnel. We will be returning.

Absolutely live this place!-it’s all fresh and made daily- The cake is SO GOOD! It’s fluffy and is topped with a whipped frosting- Whatever they don’t sell they typically donate it to local business- In my opinion cheap prices

Tous les Jours which means “every day” in French is a South Korean bakery franchise. This place is one of the finest bakeries with fantastic ambience. Coming to pastry section, We have ordered Guava Danish, Strawberry Croissant and Chocolate croissant. Guava Danish was the winner. Green tea cloud cake and choco cloud cake were light, mouth watering and goes very well with latte. Raisin bread was fluffy, aromatic and has the right amount I of sweetness. Caramel cheesecake was little bit over sweet. Coming to coffee, Iced tiramisu latte, vanilla latte, lavender latte and cappuccino were outstanding.

Staff are not friendly. The place was dirty and seemed junky. We actually love this franchise and was disappointed by this location. I’d recommend to go to South Park and not waste your time.

I really wish I lived by this bakery. The closest one is 3 hours away from me. Luckily I was leaving the Charlotte area and had this place on my list of stops as I headed back to my hometown. I will say to keep in mind this location of Tous Les Jours is in the city and the main parking lot is VERY small and is shared by several other stores/offices. I parked a block away and walked to the establishment. Upon entry, you are immediately graced with the beautiful decor and easy access to the baked goods. Customers are encouraged to grab gloves, a tray, and tongs and select which items they would like from the wide selection. There were so many things I wanted to try but I had a long drive home and knew I'd be tempted to eat them all lol. I ended up selecting the strawberry croissant and the honey lavender macchiato with almond milk. I had no words for how divine both items were. The strawberry croissant is such a simple and well put together pastry but it really satisfied my sweet tooth without overpowering. I used to love eating cool whip with my fruit as a child and that's exactly what it reminded me of with the addition of the toasted croissant. I was delighted by how sweet and fresh the strawberries were as well. That's a pastry I will never forget. As a macchiato lover, the honey lavender macchiato was one of the best I have ever had. You could taste the essence of the lavender without it overpowering the coffee which was smooth and rich. I truly enjoyed my overall experience at Tous Les Jours from the helpful and kind service to the yummy goods/drinks. If I lived near one, I would definitely go often. I can't wait to visit again!

Blown away! YES YES YES I'm not easily left speechless by a bakery but this one is incredible. So many options of cloud bread, donuts, pastries, croissants, cake and treats. Everything I had wa amazing and I loved every bite. I cannot wait to go back. Sidenote: please get a better parking lot! Unless I missed it, the tiny space in front of the store is very hard to maneuver. Be careful.

Came in for one pastry for myself and walked out with a dozen for the rest of my office! Everyone loved them. The pastries were delicious and the ones on sale were very reasonably priced! The manager was also very helpful and took time to explain all the different pastry options to me. I also got a matcha latte, which was delicious and not overly sweet like some other places in Charlotte.

Really good pastries in South End! I love that they have so many options and have it set up in a cool way too. When you walk in, you get a tray and tongs and grab whatever you want from the cases. Then you bring it to the counter and they bag it up for you. Everything we had was very fresh. My favorite was the vanilla cream filled donut. The cream was perfectly sweetened and they really filled it up! The donut itself was a fluffy texture. I also liked the chocolate filled donut. I wish the cream had a richer chocolate flavor. I wasn't a fan of the mango donut or the almond croissant. The almond croissant had no flavor and there was barely any almond filling inside. I didn't try the spinach feta pastry but my mom said it was really good!
