While staying here...this was the highlight of our stay and the positive! We sat at the bar and Nastajja took care of us! She was super sweet and helpful! The food was a 10/10!

The female bartender wouldn’t look at me the whole time so I had to wait for her to make eye contact with my husband. Really antiquated and unexpected for us living In modern times.

First day for lunch, we sat at the bar. We had buffalo wings, truffle Parmesan fries and old fashioned's to drink. Next we went for breakfast in the restaurant and had salmon lox, steak & eggs and coffee and mimosas for drinks. Both occasions, the staff were amazing! The service was on point. The food was fresh, good quality and quantity. The drinks were also good! Ambiance is pretty normal for a hotel bar/restaurant but I definitely recommend this restaurant.

I work uptown and often dine at a restaurant within the Bank of America building. I decided to give this place ago. The wait staff was nice, the environment was nice, and the food was okay, but I was disturbed by the behavior of the manager. Many people were sitting at tables outside of the restaurant area which are supposed to be reserved for paying customers. I've always seen people sit there so I was surprised when I saw the manager approach two young people and ask them to leave for having drinks. They were far from the dining area around the escalators. There were at least five more tables with business people that were eating lunch from outside the restaurant, but for some reason, this woman wanted to single those two out. She then quickly walked away and was loudly complaining about how no one could read the sign, yet she allowed everyone else to come in and eat their packed lunch. It was awkward to watch all of this while I ate. I just don't understand how she selected those particular people to humiliate and no one else. I feel like there was some prejudice on her part, and that made me very uncomfortable. I won't be going back. The vibes were definitely off.

It's a nice place and the food is delicious but the service is a bit slow in my opinion.

Had a great late lunch. The bar area was very busy (holiday weekend) and they were still very accommodating.. came back later to live music and a drink before the NYE festivities..fun weekend, greats food, and stellar service

Had a great lunch! Malikka was exceptional. She handled our hangry ways. The burger was cooked correctly. The fries where just crispy.
Nice breakfast restaurant. Friendly service. Fastest service in town.

I'm staying at the Omni and the Trade is located on the lobby level. It's only open Fri & Sat and 1/2 day Sun. It's more of an open area adjacent to the lobby with the square bar in the center than a separate restaurant. The bartender is also the only server and several ingredients are missing from the bar, so he can't make everything on the already limited drink menu. I've had the quesadilla twice and it's actually decent, I don't get the mayo based "zesty sauce". They're trying, but there is a lot of room for improvement.

I'll give the bar the benefit of the doubt for it being late on a Tuesday but the bartender I had was not personable, the Scottish mule was okay and my filet was severally overdone.

Very impressed with my Bartender Brandon he engineered this Coronarita with limited supplies! And it taste amazing! This bar has awesome staff who are willing to go the extra mile to accommodate. The Fried Green tomatoes were pretty good too!! (Of note on Saturdays they are open until 2am!!)
