I'm staying at the Omni and the Trade is located on the lobby level. It's only open Fri & Sat and 1/2 day Sun. It's more of an open area adjacent to the lobby with the square bar in the center than a separate restaurant. The bartender is also the only server and several ingredients are missing from the bar, so he can't make everything on the already limited drink menu. Very impressed with my Bartender Brandon he engineered this Coronarita with limited supplies! And it taste amazing! This bar has awesome staff who are willing to go the extra mile to accommodate. The Fried Green tomatoes were pretty good too!! (Of note on Saturdays they are open until 2am!!)

Had a great late lunch. The bar area was very busy (holiday weekend) and they were still very accommodating.. came back later to live music and a drink before the NYE festivities..fun weekend, greats food, and stellar service
