my friend and i came in last night, about 45min before close. when we walked in, there were four people ahead of us who were waiting for their items. our orders were taken promptly and the cashier was polite and patient with us. considering there were only two young girls working, the wait wasn't bad at all! food came out quickly and all of the smoothies came out at one time. i tried the acai berry boost smoothie - it was so good! i would def order again. i love their chicken...
DO NOT EAT HERE. Ive gone there for about a month now caus i work in the area and its the only quick food place super close to me. I dont care anymore id rather drive somewhere else to go get food. The employees are horribly lazy they litter everywhere on break they are rude and the food always taste bad and is rarely correct and there is never management present. I will be driving anywhere else for my food in the future
1st I love tropical smoothie, however I do not like bad customer service. If you order a smoothie you expect the cup to be full. My cup was handed to me half full. The guy was very frustrated because it was busy in the store. I asked him to remake it… he said that’s just how it is.
