Clean and fast. Everyone is always nice in here. 99 sanitation rating too.

Edit: Two stars taken off. What happened to all the other employees? This visit was not good. Much smaller portions and food quality is not there. Way too pricey for what it is.

I came to this location to redeem my birthday reward. There’s been problems with the website and app that it literally won’t let me log into it even after updating it, resetting my password and trying to log in on multiple devices. I explained this to the woman at the counter and showed her the error messages and my email for my reward but she told me there was nothing they could do. Just seems silly that they wouldn’t be able to honor it or help at all with the technical issues.

My order had been messed up, I tried to call several times to correct the order but no one picked up. The call rang went to voicemail and the voicemail box was full. I finally drove out, and tried again to call while I was in the store just to see if it was ringing. It rang, and no one bothered looking at it or picking it up. If you work at a fast food place and are afraid to pick up the phone, it's time to find another job. Not coming back.

They charge you $12+Tax for a bowl with Nutella and they put ALMOST NOTHING on Nutella AND THEY FORCE YOU TO PAY Extra Nutella

I use to be a regular customer of this business and I never encountered challenges until recently. I placed a mobile order for pickup at 7:00 pm. Upon arrival at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, I was told that my order was not in the system. I showed the staff, my mobile receipt, she looked at it and walked away. No feedback was provided. I waited for 15 minutes and enquired into the status of my order. Staff stated that she cannot make the order. I once again showed her my confirmation receipt. The three female staff in the store ignored me, laughing and giggling amongst themselves. I left the store without my order. Based on this experience, I no longer be support this business, and I will encourage my family and friends to do the same.

Has the open sign on at 8:45 and refuses to take orders like hello you close at 9 and they had a customer with a small dog in there they refused to take an order for 1 smoothie while literally making a smoothie. Ridiculous

The food was standard for Tropical Smoothie. The girl at the counter needs to listen better, perhaps if you repeat the order to the customer, you will accurately know they got what they wanted, just a thought in customer service smh. 3 out of 4 of us were happy, had no time to jump to the back of the line smh!

Ordered a bowl with Nutella through the app. I called to get a replacement being that I live about 40 minutes away not including traffic and the young lady said I could come the next day for a bowl so I called the next day letting them know I’m on my way and Iyana the “crew lead” refused to give me the replacement bowl saying I could just get a refund. I payed $12 I should be able to get what I want without the “crew lead” Iyana telling me what I can receive.

I doordash at this location often, so when I noticed the vegan protein options get added to the menu I felt the infinite love of the universe bc I had not eaten my beloved buffalo chicken wrap from here in a very long time.?
I’ve been back 3 days in a row since and should probably chill.
