So we arrived early and was told they were “cleaning” tables, there were 10+ tables empty, so since we were early we sat at the bar no big deal. The host (guy) came and ask us if we wanted a table outside of the bar and we told him yes. He told us a few minutes and we never saw him again. We felt like we were an inconvenience for the bar people to take care of as they did a poor job keeping out drinks filled (sodas) and checked on us very little. I really like your restaurant...

We waited 20 mins as we request a few times to be waited on after we were placed at a table. 50 minutes after ordering we still did not have our food. We were told they had no idea how much longer it would take. At that point we had to leave hungry to get to a show we had tickets for. It was a terrible experience and restaurant was not even full!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our order and leave in a rush after waiting an hour for our food. We indicated that we had a show to catch prior to placing our orders. Waited an hour, and there was still no sign of the order. Our waitstaff told us it would be about ten more minutes. We had to leave. Not the first time this has happened to us. I wouldn't recommend if you're trying g to catch a show next door. Very slow service from the kitchen.
