Undercurrent Coffee

Thought the vibe was right and that this was going to be the coffee I was looking for but ended up being watered down espresso in our lattes. They have it pre portioned in a pitcher for chilled drink and don't just pull a fresh shot which is the correct way. Absolute trash. Maybe if your looking for aesthetics it's great! Just know you're getting a milky drink if you're ordering a latte.

Glad they had good coffee at this optimist hall place. Course it was very grab & go style. Barista was nice. Coffee was good :)

Awful overpriced coffee makes starbucks look cheap. Staff really couldn't care less about you, your experience or the quality. There is far better coffee at far better prices just a few steps away

Had a Cortado. Everything good, except the milk was foamed too hot for it being a specialty coffee.

Cool environment probably a great place to hang out and dine and relax. But I wouldn’t come back for the coffee here. Cappuccino is just coffee flavored milk. Cortado is ok but too acidic. Btw, parking is 90 minutes free when you register your car and and credit card info.

Worst customer service, I ordered extra hot coffee but they gave luke warm coffee.

While visiting Optimist Hall, we decided to get some coffee and breakfast from Undercurrent Coffee. We went with the Southern Spice Latte and Avocado Toast. Both of these were fantastic. Some of the best we have had in the Charlotte area. Everything tasted great and we would highly recommend Undercurrent Coffee!

Ordered a breakfast burrito, and despite them not being that busy( less than 5 customers ordered or picked up items while waiting), it took them ~10 mins to make. It was good once I got it, took too long, particularly for $9. Almost got to the point where I thought they might have missed my order.
