8pm Friday July 18th just got off a delayed flight and asked for a soda water. Bartender poured cup then told me it was 3.87 for a cup of iced soda water. I told her I no longer wanted it I thought it was free she replied no but since she poured it now I have to pay for it! I told her again I didn’t want it and began to walk away she continued to yell at me through the airport telling me to go find it else where! It was very embarrassing and poor customer service over a cup Of ice water. I’m highly offended and hope to speak with someone in charge. Thank you

Wife and I were in concourse A and prices are what you'd expect for an airport. What made it great was we had Amanda as our bartender. She was absolute rockstar!!

A wonderful experience indeed. "UPTOWN MINIBAR" has a full bar with variety of spirits in each preference. Prices are very fair for an airport!Food: Ordered Bacon, Cheddar, & Chicken Sandwich with crispy fries. The chicken was cooked perfectly with a delicious seasoning & toppings were plentiful.Cocktail: Blueberry Pomegranate Margarita with a house reposado (AMAZING ??) - perfect balance of flavors & pours were consistent! The bartenders were very friendly, personable, & knowledge.Atmosphere: The music was island vibes - hence my stress disappeared once I say down! Both bartenders we're on top of keeping the bar clean & organized (my OCD was very thankful! ??).

The best chit-chat bar in Charlotte Airport in my opinion. Sat at the A8 gate bar and had a great chat with Hunter. Definitely recommend having a drink if you want some social time on your lonely travels. Also loved the other bartender, but i forgot your name. I will try to visit the same bar again in hopes to catch you guys again! Greetings from the Yellow hoodie beardman that didn't want to leave :)

Perfect location near gate A8 so you can’t miss the 6pm London flight. Friendly bartender and very clean bar. She keeps it clean and neat.

Absolutely the best burger I've ever had even comparable to my own cooking. The burger was cooked correctly was juicy flavorful and I didn't even have to add any sauce on it whatsoever to eat this burger it was by far simply delicious and the staff is very friendly as well as beautiful waitresses. Thank you.

Good place. Perfectly located for people who want to pay attention to their gate while they have a drink or two. Good selection of beers, wines, and liquors at prices that are airport reasonable. Only snack food is available at the bar, but it's close enough to other restaurants that that's not a major problem. The drinks manager is nice, friendly, and a good conversationalist.

Finally, a place with turkey Burger and onion rings on the side. Really enjoyed it. Got Great service. Would recommend. Sadly, it's in the airport. I would have to fly through here just to have it again.
