The cuts they use for bbq pork and roast pork leaves much to be desired.The roast pork with crispy skin is not pork belly. So the meat is dry and tougher.The bbq pork does seems to be correct (fatty pork shoulder), but not enough char and ample amounts of red food coloring.
This is the only place that I know of that serves pig intestines using "Pah Lo" seasoning. It is cheaper if you pay cash. I always spend about $20 when I come here. It is worth it though. It is a niche shop. I am thankful to have found it, but it isn't for everybody.
This place is great. They're probably the most consistent with these type of dishes/protein dishes that they offer. I make an hour drive just to come here about 1x a month.
