Just pitiful. Store is dirty. We stood in the lobby at the counter for over 5 minutes and not one of the 5 employees greeted us muchless took our order. One employee even came out from the kitchen to use the restroom and never said a word. Management must be lacking. The drive-through was their priority and yet there were very few cars in line.

Was told they couldn’t make orders because they were short staff, they weren’t event doing mobile orders and that’s all i had. Might as well close them down like the one in Cambridge and mint hill

Tried to double dash on doordash from this wendy’s and it went horribly wrong. Not sure if our food was stolen or just never prepped. We waited for over an hour to know what was going on and went through three dashers before we had to finally call doordash. We tried and tried and tried to call wendy’s but I have no idea if the phone is down or if somebody was just deliberately not answering our phone calls. Wendy’s was open for a fact, so I have no idea if whomever on shift right now is just sitting on their ass not wanting to make any food or completely just gave somebodies food to the wrong dasher and didn’t care to try to fix the problem. Fix your phones cause people need to call you and that’s what those phones are there for!!
This is the absolute slowest fast food place in Charlotte. It’s so slow every single time. Today was the worst. I was the third person to leave the line. I cancelled my mobile order and went to McDonald’s and I was in and out super fast.

I swear this is the best wendys in Charlotte NC. The customer service here is above and beyond excellent. I'll drive pass two or three wendys just to come to this spot. Keep up the outstanding work ladies.
