On my recent visit the employee at the drive thru not sure what her name is but she's an older African American lady that clearly doesn't want to be there. RUDE to the point she telling her co-workers that she doesn't care and that it's almost time for her to leave. She makes it very difficult to even order cuts you freaking off in the middle of order very impatient and was unwilling to help. Y'all may need to have a conversation with her before y'all start losing more customers cause no one has the time to be taking any disrespect. Everyone needs to look at the reviews before coming here cause it's freaking pointless don't like your job find a new one. Clearly management don't seem to care if everyone else complaining about the same lady.

Just pitiful. Store is dirty. We stood in the lobby at the counter for over 5 minutes and not one of the 5 employees greeted us muchless took our order. One employee even came out from the kitchen to use the restroom and never said a word. Management must be lacking. The drive-through was their priority and yet there were very few cars in line.

Was told they couldn’t make orders because they were short staff, they weren’t event doing mobile orders and that’s all i had. Might as well close them down like the one in Cambridge and mint hill
