Stopped by here to grab a burger and chicken sandwich for lunch via the drive thru. Pulled around and sat there waiting to pay. The girl at the window was hunched consumed with her phone. I waited some more to see if she would even look up, nope. I honked my horn and scared the daylights out of her then left and went to Chick fil a.

There was one small piece of bacon on a son of baconator. The bacon is a shadow of the quality it was 2 years ago. This is why Wendy's locations are closing. I wish I went to any other fast food location. This is the worst son of baconator I've ever had.

Horrible service with the most lazy people that was so annoying. If they don’t want to do their job send them home and give the opportunity to others. Not going back to that location never in my life.

Shoutout to the team here for the amazing service! The place is super clean and well-maintained. The burgers were 10/10—juicy, fresh, and hitting that high standard you expect from a classic burger. Fast service and great vibes. We’ll definitely be back!

Not that great or edible . My coworker fries were like cold hard daggers and hurt her throat when swallowed. The nuggets were awful and soggy like they have been sitting for hours . The baked potato was sooooo sloppy. I work overnight and apparently we get the dregs. I would not recommend this WENDY’s to anyone

The cashier was very rude and had an attitude with me as soon as I walked in the door, for no reason...I have never really had a bad experience at Wendy's before other than this time...I waited in the lobby area for over 15 mins for my mobile order, I had placed 15 mins prior...Only to have to go back to the cashier and find out, they had never even found my order in the system...The manager there, Amy, is beyond amazing! She came to my aid and saved the day...We later discovered I had ordered at the wrong location...She whipped my order up anyways for me and had me out the door within 3 minutes, no lie... Please acknowledge her for going above and beyond, and for her great customer service, as it is often not recognized and underappreciated...She was working her off day and showing she was working hard and cared twice as much as anyone else there...Thank you Amy for saving the day...Please reach out to her and acknowledge her exceptional service, she deserves recognition! She went out of her way and made sure everything was correct and I was a pleased customer, even when she didn't have to...Thank you again Amy.

My food was cold and not tasty at all however my main concern is the Coca-Cola that I ordered. I took a big drink of it and could clearly taste a chemical cleaner that had a floral aspect to it. Reminiscent of Fabuloso. I got a headache soon after and my vision became slightly blurry. I am waiting to see how I feel and whether or not I should go to the emergency room. I am holding onto the drink as evidence to possibly be analyzed. No one answers the phone at this store so I could warn them. Contacting corporate and possibly the police

Food and service was great. Lots of options for breakfast. Plenty of parking when I was there....a lot is located in the back and the sides of the restaurant.

Terrible!!! The person at drive thru had a attitude I was ordering with my grandkids in car. I started to leave and go somewhere else. My granddaughter said he said Hold On roughly. So I decided instead of leaving to go inside with grands to order. The wonderful training guy at the register was polite smiled and was of great assistance. I would never know he was training until the manager Amy of the store I had to talk to because they gave me 9.79 chicken combo with no lettuce. She tried to blame it on the new trainee because I said the sandwich had no lettuce.. Then she tried to blame it on shipment and Texas..She got me another cold sandwich by the way everything was cold and it was a jr. Chicken sandwich I said no I ordered the 9 dollar meal. She seem so cold in the way she acted. Like she didn't care about the customer. Not returning to this location. If I could've gave no stars I would have.
