Wendy’s restaurant situated on Ray Road in the Ballantyne neighborhood.

I have to share my experience with what I can only describe as the most unprofessional employee I’ve ever encountered. This woman, an African-American and wore her hair in a bun, exhibited some of the rudest behavior I’ve seen in any restaurant, particularly in a fast-food setting. It seemed clear that she was unhappy, and unfortunately, it reflected in her attitude.

When I approached the drive-thru window, she greeted me with a blank expression, lacking any semblance of a smile. It felt as if she would rather be anywhere else than serving customers. After receiving my order, I noticed that my sweet tea wasn’t filled to the top. When I politely asked her for some ketchup, you’d think I was requesting something outrageous. She handed me the ketchup, but then it slipped from her grasp and fell to the ground. Instead of apologizing and offering to get me a new packet, she simply walked away from the window. This left me with no choice but to exit my car after using the drive-thru, which was not my intention in the first place, to retrieve the ketchup I had requested. Honestly, her lack of professionalism is bewildering, and I’m shocked she’s even employed in the first place.

Within the character limit, I'll be direct. This crew necessitates customer service training and attention. We experienced a five-minute wait with 5 staff nearby, yet no acknowledgment was made until I inquired about ordering. They were unapologetic and rude during order-taking. Food was not fresh or of good quality, requiring requests for basic items like sauces, crackers, and our cups. The team that was there today fails to embody your company's values. When Gilberto is managing our experience is better. But not today because he wasn’t there. We wasted $25.

The cleanest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! The staff is incredibly friendly, and this place is spotless because of them. Bilingual, professional, and most importantly extremely caring. The food quality was impeccable. Thank you for such a wonderful meal. Also, the manager is wonderful.

It doesn't matter what state I go to. But it seems Wendy's like Mcdonald's hires people from the special employee recruiting center. I specifically asked for no tomatoe, add onion on my sandwich. He repeated it. So what did I get?? No onion and tomatoe on my sandwich. Not to mention cold fries. You all just need to give up on your service because it sucks worldwide. Chick fila wouldn't have made that mistake !! Set your hiring standards better and hire people who have more than a 3 grade education.

Today, July 4th, 2024, I decided to stop in for a to-go order at Wendy's after watching a movie at the Regency Theater @,Stonecrest on on Rea Road. I entered the restaurant at 7:06pm and noticed only one young man with a smaller child receiving their food order. The cashier looked at me with no acknowledgement of asking for my order. I stood in the restaurant got 8 mins with no one behind the counter asking for my order or any acknowledgement. Noth the cashier and another worker, perhaps the manager, both looked at me and said nothing. I decided to leave with my dignity in hand. Was it a coincidence that I was the only person of color patron in the restaurant and being ignored. I went to my car and watched other non people of color walk in the dining room and immediately serviced by the non-prrson of color cashier. It's surprising this Wendy's does not embrace inclusivity. I will be addressing this issue via my social media platforms for awareness. This incident happen at the Wendy's located 7712 Rea Road Charlotte. NC 28277.

I do not know what was wrong with the old guy in the window tonight. The nice young man was great but the older guy. He was a total jerk, tossing food at me and nearly dropping my drink. There was no one else in line ordering or in the store ordering. He needs to learn to be nice. I'm never coming here again because damn. Why be rude if someone is using cash just accept it done give a lesson of why do people have folded bills. What if someone is using tip money they got from their job and just wants some food. I was on phone with my family and they heard that man yelling. He was a older man with facial hair. Never will I come to here after work again. Horrible service and nasty food all around.
