I’m pizza lover and spend a lot of my time discovering different pizza spots. Wheel Pizza is everything a pizza lover craves. The pizza alone is worth the trip but the details and atmosphere of the staff was amazing. Christopher helped my wife and I with the menu and broke down everything which made our decision easy.

We ordered a pizza, they rang in the wrong item. We told them and they told us they would go back and tell the cook to fix it. We still got the wrong pizza. We didn’t have time to go back and wait for another one. Very few toppings on the pizza where some slices were pretty much just cheese pizza because there were no toppings. The pizza was cooked well though and I thought the crust was pretty good. Seating in the place wasn’t too comfortable and the tables were too small. We couldn’t fit 2 plates, 2 drinks and one pizza on them.

Staff was incredibly friendly, pizza came out within 10 minutes of ordering it online and we ordered two pizzas, and added breadsticks and as soon as we got there. Everything smells amazing, looks beautiful and also taste amazing.

So the pizza is honestly amazing, some of the best I've had in Charlotte. They used to be open for Lunch on at least Friday, but now only have lunch hours on Saturday and Sunday. As someone who works nearby, I liked to go for lunch the one day a week that they were open for it when I could. Was disappointed when I tried to stop in today to find that they were closed until 4pm.

Went to the midtown location today and can’t say enough about how much I love Wheelz! We love the crust and the flavors are always on point. Christopher was so kind and provided great service. We tried the jalepeno bacon cheese stick along with our buffalo and pepperoni pizzas and they were amazing. Love Wheelz. They are def one of the best pizza spots in Charlotte!

The Pizza is good but service is terrible!! No one at the counter, they make you wait a long time. I see why the pizza place across the street is so busy. It seems like they do t want any business.

We came across this place and decided to give it a try. Rose was great and provided great customer service. Our pizza was hot and freshly made! There were others in before us as well as pick up orders, however, service was still fast. Would recommend and visit again.

I’ve had a lot of pizza in Charlotte and hands down this is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Rose helped me today choose what to order and I ended up getting a Hawaiian. Great people, great pizza.

Was visiting from Pittsburgh PA and stopped here for dinner. The food was AMAZING. I had a buffalo chicken pizza and it was probably one of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had. It was cooked perfectly & so flavorful. Along with the cookies!! The staff were very welcoming and quick. I was so sad to realize Pittsburgh does not have a store there. Hopefully in the future there will be more locations and make it out this way!!

Tried this place after a long day moving. Didn’t care for it. This is fast food pizza, not a traditional pizza establishment where they are tossing dough and slinging pies in and out of the oven.

1. The pizza comes out in minutes. Unless you are a New Haven style pizza joint with a 600 degree coal fired oven on super thin crust, that’s not how pizza is made.
2. Came out too chewy and tasted undercooked. Reminded me of frozen pizza, thawed out and then cooked. Not saying it was but that consistency as an example.
3. Sauce was just basic red sauce.

Too each their own, but this was not pizza I enjoyed or appreciated spending hard earned money for.

Came in to quickly order pizza. Service was fast. I went across the street to sit outside with my dog while I waited. The gentleman working walked my pizza to me when done. He didn’t have to do that! It’s refreshing to see employees go above and beyond. Thank you!
