Brisket & cheese sandwich. I didn't notice the cheese. The brisket was good, I liked how they chopped it up, but they could do better than Sunbeam bread - how about some ciabatta buns from Costco. They're relatively inexpensive and really add a lot of flair. A little pricey, but it's an airport, right? But All good.
Food was good and hot. But the service was horrible. Only 2 servers, one (older) barely spoke English. He took our drink order and food order at the same time impatiently, then brought us our food when it was done. And that was the only time he came to our table, not even to check if we needed anything or for refills.
Would give a 5 - but typical of airport food - way pricey. $16.50 for a 6 oz glass of wine. Yep. I could have just stuck with water. I had the Impossible Burger which was very good. A tomato would have been nice though. I chose the side of broccoli which was exceptional. The server was engaging. I would go back the next time I again have too much time between flights. But yes - skip the wine. 😊
