“Wingstop’s fries could use a little improvement, but Mariah makes every visit worth it. She’s a professional team player with a pleasant demeanor, always checks orders, and makes sure every customer is satisfied. I especially enjoy when she’s there to take my order!“
“I placed a delivery order on 2/22 and the driver never delivered the food. I was frustrated and drove to the store. When I got there, it was already very busy and dealing with a customer who spoke little english. But Walter Wallace, Kayln and Ty Cohen and the other employees who worked that night handled it perfectly. They were amazing and hilarious. They greeted everyone and were extremely patient. I've never seen customer service like this. I literally went from being frustrated to having a great night all because of their professionalism. Every customer that came in was treated well. I hope all my future Wingstop visits will be handled by them.“

“Whoever was working March 5, 2023 around 10pm did a great job. Believe it or not this was my first time ever having Wingstop. I ordered through Postmates. I got a 20 pc bonless wings with voodoo fries and cajun corn. The chicken was good. I live about 10-15 minutes away so they were still warm. I got 4 different flavors and they were all sauced well. The corn was still hot. The fries were warm but considering I live 10-15 minutes away I cant expect them to be hot after that drive. I didnt have any issues. I also got a free chicken sandwich with my purchase but didnt eat it bc I already had too much food. I domt have any complaints. Thanks for good first experience :)“
“This is the only Wing stop in Charlotte I go to the staff is very polite and food is always quality . Thomas does his very best to accommodate all customers, quality product each time and time management seems to be pretty good as well . Susan is new but fits the Wilkinson team pretty good . She is patient and prompt with orders I will be returning again next week“
