Wingstop in Charlotte

“I was happy to find out there was a new Wing Stop very close to my home in Highland Shoppes. I decided to give them a try and was so glad I did.

The set up is take out only. No chairs or tables to sit and eat, just 2 waiting benches in the front lobby. I was immediately greeted with “Welcome to Wing Stop” by all employees which was a good sign. And the cashier Chanel was extremely helpful and patient while i ordered! She recommended to me what flavors to try and which package to get!

Everyone seemed extra pleasant at this particular location, which is a lot more than I can say for other locations I have visited in the past! 10 out of 10!“

“Had a rather large order today for my coworkers and I. Everything from the wings, corn to the fries were GREAT. The Veggie sticks were so fresh and crisp!! Everything was Hot and ready when promised (I placed the order online yesterday) And top notch customer service. I almost didn't order after reading the previous reviews, so I felt the need to post this! We will definitely return. Thanks again!!“

“We’re new to the area and the first thing we wanted to check off our bucket list is trying wingstop. We got there and were so confused on how to order and Destiny was superrrr kind and patient with us. When we tried ordering random things that were impossible to punch in, she’d immediately offer better solutions and kept a really nice attitude through the whole order taking. Love that she was there and made our experience as great as it was!“

“I originally ordered wings on DoorDash, but unfortunately the order got taken from a driver and never delivered so they told me to go pick up the food… however it was almost closing time so I was skeptical if they were even going to have my order or be able to remake it. Thankfully, the young men that were working tonight offered to make the entire order even after they had cleaned and put everything away. The cashier at the front was so nice and got our large order ready fast and with such a great attitude. I’m sad I didn’t get his name but if you see this, thank you!!!“

“Went in and placed an order. Got my meal fast. Food was nice and hot, well seasoned. Restaurant was clean. My only gripe was that I asked for all flats and when I opened the container at home, I saw 3 drums. I was mad but too hungry to let it affect this review…especially since they gave me a free drink. Good food, will be back to this location.“

“I love Moses! My food is never right and im never greeted unless he is in there working. I was having the worst day ever and he gave me a brownie because they forgot my fries. It may sound simple but it kept me from cursing everybody out in their establishment. Very grateful for Moses!“

“This is the only Wing stop in Charlotte I go to the staff is very polite and food is always quality . Thomas does his very best to accommodate all customers, quality product each time and time management seems to be pretty good as well . Susan is new but fits the Wilkinson team pretty good . She is patient and prompt with orders I will be returning again next week“

“Whoever was working March 5, 2023 around 10pm did a great job. Believe it or not this was my first time ever having Wingstop. I ordered through Postmates. I got a 20 pc bonless wings with voodoo fries and cajun corn. The chicken was good. I live about 10-15 minutes away so they were still warm. I got 4 different flavors and they were all sauced well. The corn was still hot. The fries were warm but considering I live 10-15 minutes away I cant expect them to be hot after that drive. I didnt have any issues. I also got a free chicken sandwich with my purchase but didnt eat it bc I already had too much food. I domt have any complaints. Thanks for good first experience :)“
