“I do not know her name but the lady with the glasses and braids. Exceptional!! I ordered wings with extra sauce. Picked my order up and items were missing. Came back in and she was on it. And everything I was missing was included in my next order. Again was not her fault or staff. Came off a 17 hour drive so I probably seemed impatient. Thank you guys for being nice and delivering hot and delicious food!!“

“I came to this location after leaving the Maxwell concert. The customer service was great. The team worked to get the pole of orders out. I was kept updated on the status of my wings that were being freshly prepared. The team that worked that night deserved kudos.. I will be back ..“

“I placed a delivery order on 2/22 and the driver never delivered the food. I was frustrated and drove to the store. When I got there, it was already very busy and dealing with a customer who spoke little english. But Walter Wallace, Kayln and Ty Cohen and the other employees who worked that night handled it perfectly. They were amazing and hilarious. They greeted everyone and were extremely patient. I've never seen customer service like this. I literally went from being frustrated to having a great night all because of their professionalism. Every customer that came in was treated well. I hope all my future Wingstop visits will be handled by them.“

“We tried this restaurant for the first time and our only complaint was they were missing the blue cheese we ordered. Several orders later, our delivery drive tells me he needs to take a picture and the restaurant says we complain about missing food all the time and that "we may need to try a different restaurant." We figured they confused us with someone else. 2 more orders no problem. Last order we got they sent my wife a bag with 8 ranch dressings and no food. All of this drama over 1 missed blue cheese complaint. SMH. Go to the wingstop in Rock Hill, SC as they are run much more professionally.“

“Whoever was working March 5, 2023 around 10pm did a great job. Believe it or not this was my first time ever having Wingstop. I ordered through Postmates. I got a 20 pc bonless wings with voodoo fries and cajun corn. The chicken was good. I live about 10-15 minutes away so they were still warm. I got 4 different flavors and they were all sauced well. The corn was still hot. The fries were warm but considering I live 10-15 minutes away I cant expect them to be hot after that drive. I didnt have any issues. I also got a free chicken sandwich with my purchase but didnt eat it bc I already had too much food. I domt have any complaints. Thanks for good first experience :)“
