I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, but I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s the one restaurant I consistently order takeout from. They’ve never messed up my order and it’s always ready on time. On top of that, the employees are incredibly kind, and for lack of a better word, the vibe is always just wonderful. Most importantly , you have to try the mac and cheese. It’s the best.

Food and service are always great! The staff is clearly very well trained, and the woman I believe is the manager seems like a strong leader who does a great job training her team. Everyone is consistently helpful, especially when I’m placing larger family orders… they’re always happy to recommend options. Super efficient and reliable. I use them often for work lunches. We ordered pick-up last week and I was really impressed with the service. When I arrived at the counter to pick up my order, the gentleman who helped out made sure to open the bag and go through the entire order with me. When he saw one of the sauce packs leaked, he replaced it. So many places just have your food on a shelf, and you find issues when you get home. I'm bummed I didn't get his name to properly recognize him here. I already loved the food - this type of service bumps you to the top! Thanks!

I am a regular customer and typically enjoy great service, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. Each time I request an adjustment to my meal, it has been wrong. Today, I specifically asked for no harissa and encountered incredibly rude behavior from one of the servers. She interrupted me multiple times, which was unacceptable. I requested to speak with the manager due to this treatment. Frankly, I will not be returning. I spend a considerable amount here and tip generously, so being treated rudely is simply not acceptable. I recommend saving your money and choosing the location on East Blvd instead.
