The food is amazing, the staff was polite and I didn't feel rushed. (Then again I t wasn't super busy either) I got a side of pita bread and hummus and the watermelon drink... so good!!! My kids enjoyed as well. I've had a few other items in the past and always good, fresh and tasty. YAFO you've ruined grocery store hummus for me...It's just not the same. (Thank you)

For this location, sometimes the food is a hit or miss! Depending upon the day and time of the week. I feel the customer service could use a little improvement. This location is definitely different from my first experience and location of Yafo.

I’ve ordered a quarter chicken entree twice in a row and only received a very small portion of my thigh. Someone isn’t cutting the meat properly.
Both times I felt cheated out of my meal. I certainly won’t be ordering it again from this location.

Please please please bring back couscous!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Lentils are bunk and it is a HUGE bummer they were permanently decided to replace the couscous. My boyfriend and I used to call just to see if the grain of the day was couscous so we could go get our Yafo bowl fix bit sadly we won't be returning until couscous is put back in rotation. I'm gutted because Yafo was such a great lunch and dinner option but lentils are NOT it, y'all.

Excellent food. I thought this place was thriving to be green? They put a plastic lid on your food even if you’ve said it’s not to go and try to put it in a plastic bag. The staff didn’t take the criticism well

The schnitzel breading was a bit odd and too firmly attached to the meat. It was cooked well though. The purple cabbage was wonderfully spiced. The steak kebab tender and the corn was delicious.
The food was amazing. Great taste. The music was awful, which was the most annoying and negative aspect of our experience. The food was full of flavor. Highly recommend.

This is the best healthy bang for your buck in Charlotte. Food is fresh and fabulous. Service is generally top notch and super fast. Highly recommended! Careful with the Red Shug!!

This place has been my go-to lunch spot for months.
However, during a recent visit today, the steak I got with my bowl was 80% borderline inedible fat. I know that some fat chunks are expected when getting steak, but for an extra $6 and being considered a ‘premium protein’, it’s certainly disappointing. It also unappetizing when trying to finish the rest of the entree.
