Your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and each time I go I tell myself I'm not going and I go back, but this was my last time this was just the worst and I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT, DRIVE THRU ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS Zaxby's ever again!!!
THIS LOCATION NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!! As I’m walking in, seems like half the workers are walking out to hang in the parking lot. One was in the door area talking on the phone as we had to slide by her to walk in. Me and my son walked in and one of the workers friends was hanging out on the customer side with his butt leaning on the counter and then he walks off so I can order.
