No stars if I could...I pick my son up near this location and he always wants Zaxbys after work, lately for 3 nights in a row they are saying they are only taking door dash orders, it's sad we are really in a day and age people just don't want to work for the pay they receive smh...disappointed....sad corporations are not in tune with how their establishments are really running....

3/10 -9:30pm the door was locked when the business hours had open until 10 pm . An employee unlocked the door with an attitude. I waited an additional five mins just for someone to take my order . $45 dollars later and a wait over 15 mins, I received my food which was cold and wrong . It’s now after 10 pm and my family is disappointed because the food was cold and disgusting .

We stopped here and my wife noticed that some of the staff (mostly females) didn't have on hair nets and we left. Maybe in the future we might try them out.

I’m not sure if the owner reads these,but if you do you should see everyone else’s review.Them girls should not be working there. I’m all for young black girls getting money,but they are not there to work. The line is slow because they are dancing and laughing. We got an attitude from one of these girls when we told her she got our order wrong as if we weren’t going to pay for it. She wound up charging us for 4 drinks when we only got 2. I will never ever go back to that Zaxby’s.

Came here to pick up my order and the restaurant was filled with exhaust smoke! this can be very deadly if you consume too much of this carbon dioxide smoke coming from the back when I asked the cashier why isn't the fans on over the fryers, it's too Smokey inside the restaurant, she chuckled and said "we have the AC on" which wasn't what I meant.. please if you come here and the restaurant is smokey DO NOT EAT INSIDE! The employees should report that because it is dangerous for them to work in it

for one there was only one person taking orders she was very awkward while the rest were just in the back looking like a piece of decoration. You have one gentleman who went to the bathroom with his gloves on and came back out with the same gloves on very unsanitary and disgusting. The fries were not fresh at all. They were very hard and stale and the tenders taste like they’ve been sitting out for Lord knows how long and I felt weird after eating it I’m not even from Charlotte. I came out here for my birthday to visit and I was very hungry and I was just very disappointed.

I got the Asian zensational zaled, the bacon loaded fries, the deep fried cheesecake bites and a lemonade. Delicious!!
Today I ordered the 2/3.00 egg rolls, well they were have done one side was soggy and a little wet. Then I ordered a garden salad for $9 dollars I thought it would have been cheaper considering I had no specialty items on like the chicken or corn, chips ext. they should have told the price is the same for all salads. But they did not. Oh well this all blew my excitement for Zarby, It was such a downer!?

Google says this location is open until 10pm. I get there at 9:35 and they tell me they’re only taking mobile and doordash orders. Red flag number one. That should not be allowed. Where is corporate? So I went to make a mobile order. Big surprise, it wouldn’t put my mobile order thru either. This isn’t the first time or the first location this has happened at. Seems like common practice for zaxbys employees to be lazy and not stay open until closing time (restaurant employee here). So I went to chick fil a because they’re always reliable, open until the time posted, and their employees are always pleasant. Not really sure how zaxbys is still in business.
