This Zaxby's makes the best food! Their food is the best quality I have ever had at any Zaxby's ever! Thank you for caring!
I visited this location yesterday all the way from University City (their inside was closed 10 cars in drive thru and multiple cars waiting in the parking lot). Service here was awesome, the food was hot and a quality lunch for my son and I. There was a lady outside cleaning the entrance windows she was very nice as I was pulling away from the drive thru window.
We really wanted Zaxbys yesterday so thank you all for providing quality food and service to your customers!

This was not my favorite before because of the frustrating wait time. But things changed. Eugene runs this location effortlessly and efficiently. The environment was clean and the food was great. I'm glad I gave it a second chance.

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a friendly atmosphere with a clean environment. Most customers appreciate the hot food and excellent service, with standout staff members like Nadia receiving praise for professionalism and positive energy. However, some reviews express disappointment with the quality of the food, noting that the chicken was dry and seemed old. Despite mixed opinions on the food, the drive-thru service is often highlighted as superb, making it a convenient choice for a quick meal after a long day. Vegetarian options, like the Grilled Cheese, are also well-received.
