I have given this place several tries and really want them to improve because they’re close to my home. It’s just not in the cards. Drive through. They charged me twice the other day. I quickly do the math and realize it’s better just to keep driving than to try to deal with getting my money back.

Ordered via mobile app, arrived around 10 to 15 min prior to closing time, was told they ran out of food, and that my money would be refunded instantly. (I believed the as other fastfood restaurants, refunds are instant) not here per website usually takes 3 days. Horrible experience, which is sad I had been going to this location for 3 years now...

Worst Zaxby's EVER!!!! Went through the drive thru and ordered a house salad with grilled chicken without cheese and fried onions. The fried onions were removed but the cheese wasn't so I parked and took the order inside to be corrected. When I arrived at the office and took one bite of the salad, I was terribly disappointed. The chicken was flavorless, rubbery and the vegetables weren't fresh! How in the heck can you mess up a salad! Needless to say, I will not be returning!!!
