I have given this place several tries and really want them to improve because they’re close to my home. It’s just not in the cards. Drive through. They charged me twice the other day. I quickly do the math and realize it’s better just to keep driving than to try to deal with getting my money back.
Zaxby's food always tastes freshly made. On this trip we opted for salads which were crisp, fresh, and tasty. I had the house salad and my kid's mom had the southwest salad. The salads were huge so my only complaint would be they don't give you enough dressing for salads so bountiful. Also ordered a funnel cake. It was a little hard from being overcooked I guess but was still okay.

We ordered two family combos which is a really good deal especially when you need to feed a large family. We ordered and it was ready for pickup within 10 minutes of placing the order on the app and I also appreciate the rewards program through the
