Brio Tuscan Grille Reviews
Slow service and food was lukewarm and portions are small. This is a change at this location in Cherokee, NC. Not sure if it’s management or the cooks but our meal was horrible on Sunday, July 27th prior to going to a concert. Super slow service caused us to miss 45 minutes. Joseph (the manager on duty) blamed corporate. Will not return to eat here again.
Salad never showed up, my pasta was so salty it was inedible . Drink service was lacking with half the menu missing . Cancelled a future reservation. Concert tonight. . Not acceptable . They should have been prepared.
I recommend just going! Period! You’re not going to have a bad meal regardless of your order. I have been visiting this specific restaurant for 4 years and I’ve never had a bad meal. Brio Italian Grille offers a fine dining experience with a focus on quality food at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, and the staff provides attentive service. The food is prepared just right, with dishes like seafood pasta and lasagna being popular choices. Recent reviews mention that the bread, served with balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil, is very good, and the steak is often praised. However, some diners have experienced inconsistencies, such as undercooked fingerling potatoes or just okay gnocchi. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff, though occasional short-staffing can lead to longer waits for bread or dessert. The restaurant has been working on improving the lighting fixtures to enhance the ambiance. While some guests have noted a decrease in gluten-free options and higher prices, many still find the food delicious and the service attentive. Overall, Brio Italian Grille remains a great choice for a night out, especially for those seeking good food and friendly service.
