El Cajelito Mexican Restaurant and Bar offers filling fajitas with flavorful chicken, as well as traditional Mexican dishes like tacos de lengua. The service is excellent, with staff providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. The building isn't much to look at and the decor and colors are dated but charming. The food was your typical run of the mill, but the Pollo Loco was grilled to perfection and the Texas fajitas and steak fajitas were really good. The carnitas and the steak tacos are loved.
