Firehouse Subs Saunooke Village offers a friendly atmosphere and amazing food that’s outta this world. They accommodate all dietary restrictions and are very kid-friendly. Unlike Subway, their subs aren't wrapped in paper, which is a big plus for many customers. The staff is wonderful, and the location is nice in a little shopping area. They still have the hot sauce bar, where you can buy a healthy sized 12 oz bottle for eight bucks—a good deal in the hot sauce world. Service is friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. The managers, like Kelly, go above and beyond to help customers. However, there might be room for improvement in the efficiency of online orders.
