Unlike Subway, their subs aren't wrapped in paper, which is a big plus for many customers. The staff is wonderful, and the location is nice in a little shopping area with a pleasant outdoor patio to enjoy. Customers appreciate the hot sauce bar, where a healthy sized 12 oz bottle can be bought for eight bucks—a good deal in the hot sauce world. The service is friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. The managers go above and beyond to help customers. However, there might be room for improvement in the efficiency of online orders, as some customers noted that the food could be soggy if taken to go, like the veggie sub.
