It was better than expected. Absolutely delicious. Beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding is highly recommended. It deserves all the hype!! Will be returning!
There is charring for flavor, or there is burning to a crisp. The Brussels sprouts I ordered were burned shreds. I can't believe GR would approve of this style of food. Very disappointing. Crab cakes were mediocre at best. Factory made, not hand made. Prime rib sandwich was delicious, especially when eaten with the truffles sauce. Expected more from GR.
We had a 6 PM reservation that we were early to and were asked to wait as there were still some 5:45 PM people that hadn't checked in yet. We got a drink at the bar and were shortly seated. The bartender was also our server... Zach. Super nice and accommodating. We both ordered the lobster bisque, which was very tasty and we were sharing the fish and chips platter. Unfortunately, our first fish plate came out a bit cold in the middle, but Zach was more than eager to make it right....read full review
