Sassy Sunflowers Food Truck was parked outside BC Outdoors in Bryson City today. We arrive around 5:30pm and when we tried to order, we were told that they were out of a lot over half of the menu. I really wanted a chicken salad sandwich but unfortunately that was one of the things they didn’t have. My husband got the Prime Rib Sandwich and said he liked it. I settled on the Rosemary Bash Sandwich. It came with a side salad with raspberry vinaigrette, which I added to my sandwich....
My fiancé and drove through the smokies and ended up in Cherokee from gatlinburg three years ago. We stopped at a little cafe called Sassy Sunflower Bakery. It was a great stop with great food after a long lovely drive in the mountains. Now, three years later we’ve done it again and it’s just as amazing as it was before. I highly recommend this place for good food, super friendly staff and good vibes. It was so good we wanted to come back to it, and we’ll be back again!...
