The tenders were dry, fries were warm. I threw the fries away and only ate a few tenders. Wasted money, only drank the soda.
This is the second time it has happened. I don’t write reviews but if I pay for something give the correct food. I ordered a 4 piece all white chicken dinner when I got home I only had three pieces in the box. You’re ridiculous taking people money and not giving them what they order. Bojangles, you are a rip off

I’ve been to different locations, and this is the worst of all: a tasteless tea, and we ordered our food to go — chicken breasts — but when we got home and opened it, we found wings instead (what a surprise). Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place and won’t be coming back. I’d rather travel a bit farther and buy from another store.

I order specifically 3 breast and rhey gave me 2 wings a 1 breast. And the sweet tea was just water very disappointed especially when it was not crowded. Staff was friendly but again did not get what i paid for

If 0 stars was an option I would have clicked it. They left out one of my chicken tenders, they were cold. They did not provide a sauce either. Abysmal. I fear it will take many years to recover from this emotional distress. You will hear from my lawyer soon.
