I am consistently impressed by this operation and today was no exception. I visiting on a saturday during breakfast rush. Having thesr young employees operating with this level of discipline and consistency is one of the many telltale signs of exceptional management at this location.

On January 5th they handed a customer a returned item in a looked to be bigger take out bag. The special was 2 pieces bone in chicken side and drink. But was told 20 minutes on dark meat chicken. Biscuits cold and hard. Not worth price paid. Management could use some training. The dining area seemed to be well kept at least.
Got an order delivered to my job to buy me and my coworker breakfast, they left out our cream and sugar, missed an order of Bo rounds, and put bacon on her egg and cheese biscuits. My coworker can’t eat pork due to religious beliefs. This store absolutely sucks.

This is the second time it has happened. I don’t write reviews but if I pay for something give the correct food. I ordered a 4 piece all white chicken dinner when I got home I only had three pieces in the box. You’re ridiculous taking people money and not giving them what they order. Bojangles, you are a rip off

I’ve been to different locations, and this is the worst of all: a tasteless tea, and we ordered our food to go — chicken breasts — but when we got home and opened it, we found wings instead (what a surprise). Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place and won’t be coming back. I’d rather travel a bit farther and buy from another store.
