I was in drive-through and I ordered a three-piece dark and I only received two. I opened the box because it felt like and I said I’m missing a piece of chicken. The drive-through worker took my box shook it up to count the pieces of chicken say oh you’re right. Put another piece of chicken in there, kept the box open and handed it back to me in the window. I said can you please put my box back like it was put my fries back in the pack and close it. They kept the food for 30 seconds closed it handed it back. I pulled off And then I opened it. They balled up the fried paper and close the box back up. I went back inside and said this is rude. Fix it and all they did was giggle and said what.

Took way too long in the drive thru, and they forgot our honey mustard, straws, and napkins. The late shift crew with all of the young people never does a good job and I'm tired of never having everything I'm supposed to get

The food is always hot & fresh HOWEVER.. the service in the drive thru is always your downfall. When someone says “thank you” THREE TIMES and you do not acknowledge with a simple “you’re welcome” back, maybe your employees should not be in customer service? Or, forgetting the (previously asked for) sauce and the silverware for a side that obviously needs silverware but get pissy when the customer asks for it…. Cmon. Maybe said employee was just having a bad day but again, this isn’t the first time I’ve been where there’s lack of manners & professionalism.

MY SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE, I ARRIVED 9.02 PM. AND THE LADY OF HISPANIC ETHNICITY LOOKED AT ME AND LEFT THE COUNTER, I WENT TO THE BATHROOM AND RETURNED TO THE COUNTER AND ANOTHER LADY WHO SPEAK SPANISH CAME OUT IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER, TELLING ME THAT THERE WAS NO LONGER SERVICE SINCE 9.00 PM. I DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND WHY THEY HIRE STAFF AND DON'T TRAIN THEM WELL, THEY SHOULD ASK THE PEOPLE WHO SPEAK SPANISH WHEN GIVING THEM THE TRAINING IF THEY UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, BECAUSE AT NO TIME DID THEY TELL ME WHEN I ARRIVED THAT THE COUNTER WAS ALREADY CLOSED, PLEASE BE MORE RESPECTFUL AND ATTENTIVE TO IT. Update 2/10/25 Every time I go at 9 pm they are out of chicken, 60 minutes left until close, shouldn’t be out of anything, especially chicken! Do better

Ordered a 3 piece dark meal for pickup and the manager was absolutely rude. Even though it was raining outside he forced me to go and bring my phone from my car to show him my order even when I confirmed my order and name and my name is not common. Even though the restaurant was not busy I had to wait almost 20 mins after arriving at the restaurant. No apology was offered nor was I checked on. I had to keep asking for what happened. When I finally got the order it was wrong. Unfortunately I had left and had no motivation to go back. Definitely not going back.

Workers just don't care anymore. Missing several items. Pregnant and asked for extra sauce didn't receive any. Spoke with an employee Jessica who seemed not to care, and at one point asked me " so what do you want me to do replace the whole meal". I'm not looking for free food I'm looking for what I paid for in the first place!! I've been a restaurant manager for years her customer service is awful, I hope she's not a manager because mistake will always happen but she did not try to resolve the issue at all. Recent reviews are also low rating I can see why. Corporate need to look into this location! They have so many employees in and outside, staff a this location is definitely quantity over quality.

There has to be better hygienic training. Been here several times, but the last three times have finally deemed it my last time. Came home with a really bad stomach ache with cramps and let's just say the bathroom became my bed pretty much. Didn't think there was anything "dirty" in the dirty rice until now. Should have known something was wrong when the rice consistency was that of porridge. The Cajun fries came without seasoning, the biscuit was quite dry. The one star was for the bo berry biscuits. The Zebulon location is so much better. Consistently great food.

After waiting in the Drive-thru for our food. Employee leaves the window open and starts cursing at another employee. I overheard another person comment on her behavior.... Her response was " I pretty sure they curse at home". Actually no, and definitely not in front of our kids.... The food was quickly given to us through the window and she slammed the Drive-thru window shut. As a former fastfood employee and manager, this type of behavior is not acceptable for a family, dine-in restaurant and not acceptable for paying customers to have horrible customer service.

Went in right after church with some friends today ( 4 of us) and overall we all had a bad experience- I was appalled at how my friends were treated back to back, especially because I was the one that recommended them this specific Bojangles! Upsetting to say that this was all from the Hispanic manager who gave us the food- I wasn't able to get her name, when asked she gave us the other managers name but not her own. (This was all around 1pm, 10/27)

First, one of my friends was missing his fries with his 4 piece supreme dinner, and when he went back to go ask her for the missing fries he was denied and told his meal didn't come with it? (He quite literally showed them the picture up on the menu behind her that they do indeed come with fries).

Then, one of my other friends had asked them about the bo-berry biscuit after paying (since they didnt give it to her) and, I kid you not, was told that it was to busy to grab one for her? When showed the receipt of purchase, they ended up giving a stale one in which she then asked for a fresh one. Seems petty, but she was given a fresh one, just without the icing which she then had to ask AGAIN for them to put some one.

Then there was the third friend. She ordered a chicken sandwich and, I'm not kidding when I say, the fried part of the chicken was PINK. Fried chicken is brown, how did they achieve to make it pink... my two girl friends went up (once again) to ask for another one instead and once up at the counter my friend heard the hispanic manager say to another coworker (again, I kid you not), "Here she comes again." which was extremely rude. Yes, we've come back about 4 times now because our meals were either missing something or stale. My friend ended up exchanging her chicken sandwich for some chicken tenders instead to be on the safe side.

The third friend also ordered a cinnamon twist. Was stale of course- she struggled to bite through the thing. We did not go up about this one as we had given up, all of our food and especially our appetite was ruined.

As a last note all of our meals were prepared and put together by the hispanic manager - her and her alone. We all lost our appetite when it was supposed to be a get together lunch where we could discuss our next bible study topic. To say the least, we left very quickly after that.
