Placed order at 6:30pm with an estimated delivery of 80-90 minutes. No big whoop. Friday night. Busy. I get it. Come 8pm, order tracker still shows "being prepped" so called the store, waited on hold for 10 minutes, told the driver would be back in about 10 minutes and they'd be on their way.

I normally never leave negative reviews but I’m floored with the treatment Ive received not once but twice from the manager. Who wouldn’t tell me his name.
The manager on duty is absolutely terrible and has no sense of respect. 3 weeks ago they delivered poor quality food, no sauce on the pasta that went through the oven. So it was delivered rock hard. I called multiple times over a 2 hour span just to be put on hold for 20 minutes at a time. I called back irate and...read full review
