The staff was really awesome when I went in today. My husbands coffee was great! Staff was on point! They didn’t have any decaf tea and actually told me! I was like whoa, other places never tell me and just give me regular, but they actually communicated that! Yessss! Thank you!!! So even though the interaction was probably 2 minutes, highly happy!

Placed online order. Went inside to pick up. Grandson wanted ice cream. They tried to charge more than was on the sign. Said they just hadn't updated new pricing. Manager couldn't fix price. Lady wanted to buy cake from freezer. They said freezer was broken but let her buy thawed cake anyway. Floor was covered in coffee seeping from behind counter. Puddles everywhere. I spent 900 of my points plus $24 and left with nothing because it was so disgusting. Called and filed complaint with customer service. Said franchisee would contact me in 2 to 3 days. It's been a week and nothing. This store needs to be closed. It was absolutely disgusting. Anyone going through the drive thru wouldn't take anything if they would just go inside.

Ja’Kiyah was AWESOME, she made my husbands banana split and it was simply AWESOME!! Can’t give enough stars. My daughter also got donuts and she said they were tasty:) another employee was present, she was super nice as well. We will be back and again. I am a first time customer and they refused to take my order at the counter. I was told to use the kiosk. No option to pay with the cash in my hand. I asked twice for help, refused help twice. Never going back, I will use a better coffee shop with customer service.

My husband and I went in to buy coffee and donuts and we were the only customers and there were about three vendors in front who didn't even say hello and when we asked about something the young woman with short hair turned to look at her companion looking at us in a contemptuous way (we are Hispanic) and didn't answer us. We turned around and left with a terrible experience.

The beverages are excellent; however, the establishment appears to be understaffed. After 11AM, they often run out of certain items, such as specific types of dairy or donuts.

I go to this Dunkin doughnuts at least twice a week for the past couple months and everything single time I’ve gone it’s been a horrible experience.
The people are rude, my order is ALWAYS wrong, or they never have like 5 things on the menu.
Example. Once or twice a week I order a plain bagel not toasted with extra strawberry cream cheese. I got a burnt bagel, with barely any cream cheese on it at all. The lady was rude at the window and rushed me out while there was no one in the line behind me. And everytime I go, they tell me they can’t give me a receipt. Which really messes up people that use a business card because they NEED reciepts. I would understand if it was a couple bad visits because I used to work in service, but overall this location just sucks. I really hope it gets fixed because there’s not another Dunkin nearby.
When I spoke with my friends nearby, 3 people told me they don’t even go there anymore because there order is always wrong and they get nothing but attitude.
Seriously please get this fixed because I love Dunkin and there’s not another one closer.

I walked in the young lady in the Drive-Thru spoke. The young lady that took my order did not speak. Just said what can I get you then? I put a tip in the cup. She did not even say thank you. No customer service at all. It's a shame when you only have one person that has customer service, but when you have co-worker that do not have customer service, it's a shame

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes total. We pulled up and they made us wait to order. Then we waited at the window for about 15 minutes waiting for our drinks. They couldn't remember what we ordered and asked us 3 separate times. They were out of berry for the berry energy drink I ordered. So I went with peach and the guy at the drive thru just walked away and never came back with my drink. There was only 2 people working but it didn't appear that they were making any effort to get anyones orders out.
