Does anyone know how to hire people that are competent enough to work in a customer based business? Person taking the order can not type it in correctly and therefore food was wrong. Not surprised because of the laughing and cutting up at the food prep. No children can appreciate having a job and make their boss feel like they made the right decision in hiring them. This is twice i have been in the last month and had crappie service. Floors looked like they hadn't been swept in 3 days. Will be a long time before I go back in here again, if they remain in business. If it was possible would give negative stars!

The food is amazing but the restaurant itself is soo dirty. The restrooms particularly are filthy. They look they haven't been cleaned in a long time. The drink station was really dirty also...like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks.

Prices high for what you get. Sub size has changed not as much meat ect. Was much better when they first opened. Now everything is small and 2 times the cost.

This my go to sub place in Clayton. I'm old school and miss the days where employees actually spoke to customers. These folks act like zombies. I was the only person in the store waiting for an online order and the kid is going to stick it on the rack and I was sitting 2 feet from. I asked him who it was for and when he said my name, I was like Bingo. When he did speak, he was polite, so there's that.

Needs a good cleaning! Tables, windows, and floors are filthy. Makes you wonder about the kitchen??? Staff seems unaware of this problem!
