Our favorites are the live music nights...with the meatballs on the side! They are delish! Love the atmosphere and how the community comes together for special events!

It’s a local, family-run place with good people, good drinks, and a laid-back vibe. The staff always makes you feel welcome, and you can tell they actually care about the place and the folks who come in. It’s the kind of bar where you end up talking to people you just met and feel like you’ve known them for years. Great food, fair prices, and an easygoing atmosphere exactly what a hometown bar should be.

This is still the most happening bar in Clayton! Food and service were great, the Pimento & Bacon flatbread was delicious. The apple cider mule is my favorite drink ever!

I enjoyed a nice evening at the First Street Tavern's outdoor seating area. The musician was great and played very well done solo guitar covers of a variety of rock and country classics. I ordered the gorgonzola flatbread with pear slices and balsamic glaze, and it was delicious. The service was friendly and prompt. This is a nice little oasis in downtown Clayton!

Great place to sit and enjoy music and friends. Food was good too. The atmosphere this time around was icy due to drunk people but hey, you're at a bar. Staff is always ready to serve and kind.

Music on a weeknight is way to loud which causes the crowd of ppl to talk louder. Which creates a very loud atmosphere. This may be ok with some people but on a Wednesday night whe you have a poker game going you shouldn’t mix it with another group. I completely understand the concept of making money and bringing in more business but it causes patrons to have to sit out side while eating due to how loud it is inside and have to deal with the flies. Love the place don’t get me wrong but better scheduling I feel could help.

We did a take out order of 2 flat breads, the pear and margarita. We also ordered the redneck burrito and beer cheese dip with pretzels. Everything was delicious and they followed instructions when it came to putting the glaze on the side. However, the pretzels were sub standard quality compared to the rest of our meal. They're essentially frozen prepackaged pretzels which were hard and rubbery. We didn't even use them to eat our cheese dip. Thankfully we had chips at home.

Hang out on the front porch for a drink. Nice place
Pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The bartender is very nice. They have a variety of drinks from beers to cocktails and food that blends well with drinks. We tried the pear flatbread with gorgonzola and it's delicious. What we liked the most were the different environments they have, I'm sure we'll be back
