I love Inspire and usually go multiple times a week! The girls are always so sweet, quick, and my drink is always just as good as it was the last time I went. Very consistent and I love that they have a rewards program for points + additional savings! I swapped my energy drinks + coffee for their teas and love them!

I saw a story for this on the Flowers Instagram page, and it looked really yummy. I had my husband go get me two mega teas, I got the Joco juice and the Watermelon Jolly rancher. Let me just say .. oh my goodness!!! This stuff is so delicious, it tastes like candy but has the most delicious sour pucker to it. Seriously so good. A little bit pricey, but honestly I think it's worth it.

My son and I stopped in this morning for the first time and the owner was so sweet. I loved the recommendation she had and will definitely be returning! The atmosphere was so modern, simplistic and inviting.

First time coming here, got a $9 protein shake, thought that was kinda expensive especially since they use water and not even milk to make it. The shake was pretty basic, didn’t have much flavor to it, definitely could’ve made a better one at home. The young girl working there didn’t really smile, didn’t make me feel welcome, service was very slow, and I noticed she didn’t even wear any gloves when making stuff which is very unsanitary between handling money.

They got Christian music playing there which was nice and the store looked generally clean however, I likely won’t be back anytime soon.

I'm from upstate New York visiting my mom for a few weeks, I've now been here twice, each time my drinks were perfect!!! the protein shakes are exactly how I like them and the loaded teas are exactly how I want them, large and caffeinated!! the flavors are on point! anywhere I go I always get the blue raspberry margarita and this girl nailed it today and I always get the Strawberry cheesecake protein shake and again it was probably one of the best I've ever had! they even have an extra large caffeinated tea, so I'm very impressed!! Us New Yorkers are hard to satisfy but this place is amazing!!!!!

If you haven't been to Inspire Nutrition yet, you are missing out! The owner is absolutely amazing, the staff and always excited and eager to help you pick out flavors (there's so many to choose from!). This business has helped me in so many ways especially with weight loss as i'm still able to get my Sweet Treats with no Sugar! Bye bye starbucks 👋

Annakate and her staff are so welcoming and helpful! Even if you’re not quite sure what to pick they will help you find the perfect drink! I love both the shakes and the teas! Once you try one you’ll be hooked!

Great place to get a healthy drink. We often times, get drinks for all our office personnel. Our guys working in the field, I hear stop in there too. I have gotten to know the owner Anna Kate and she takes great pride in servicing her clientele. Good Job! We frequently visit bother stores, one in Clayton and one in Smithfield

AK and her girls have brought so much life into inspire since they came into ownership 2 years ago. Our family certainly considers them a special part of our lives, even extending to Tanya and Jamie, Annakate’s parents. Drinks have never been anything other than amazing, atmosphere is so welcoming, and service goes beyond expectations every time. I will ALWAYS recommend this shop and their sister shop Evolve to anyone in the area looking for a treat.
