First timers and treated like family. Everything is made in house... like EVERYTHING. Asked the bartender for 3 separate "dealers choice" recommendations for my boyfriend's and my separate tastes and they were right on the money. We met the owners and their kids, the bar brought in the best people too; new and regulars alike. One of our favorites from here on out.
It's a really nice atmosphere and the customer service is great. The rum is decent. I feel like this place is missing something though. It has all the qualities to make for the sort of place that SHOULD be packed on Fridays and Saturdays with people playing ping-pong or another of the many, many games they have available to them. The most unique and well thought out cocktail menu I have ever seen at a distillery. Absolutely stellar. Crushin cocktails and atmosphere akin to a tiki bar were a huge plus. The rums were all killer and brought something completely new to the game. This will be my new weekend spot.
