An extremely disappointing deep dish order. It is obvious that these are personal pizzas trying to pass as deep dish. I feel ripped off. Please rectify this Little Caesars!!!

I had a horrible experience today, I put my order in at 5:04pm for a 6:15pm-6:20pm pickup. I got there at 6:10pm and was told it was not ready yet. I waited in the store until 7:20pm until my order was ready. They didn't give me Pepperoni Crazy Puffs because they said they ran out, instead they gave me cheesy bread. They did not give me the crazy sauce or marinara I requested. The staff was unfriendly and rude. They wouldn't help me or give me a status update on my order. It's ridiculous how I had to wait over an hour past my pickup time for my order. Also, the store is dirty and only has one chair to sit, everyone waiting stands around. Im very frustrated with this business and I expect to get value from my purchase. AVOID THIS PLACE!

This store has to be one of the worst LC restaurants in the country. I hate leaving bad reviews but after trying this store 4 separate times with the same horrible results I just have no choice. Order mixed up on almost every occasion, store staff horrible to work with a very rude. Also don’t dare door dash here, as you will not receive any order, and have to cancel everytime. Doesn’t seem what you do, this place cannot get it correct.

Crew us extremely slow on weekends. They let the pizzas stack up by the dozens, ignore the counter, throw pizza trays onto the floor after every single pizza they take out.

Tonight @8:10, I ordered a custom cheese bread with NO GARLIC and I asked for OVEN ROASTED. I waited for nearly an hour just to receive my order which was buffalo wings because an employee claimed that he thought they had some ready and I didn’t feel like waiting so I just took them seeing they were already short staffed and had an issue with another customer. I also received what I thought was my custom cheese bread. I left the store with my order and went in the car to check my order to see that not only did I not get the wings I wanted, THEY GAVE ME GARLIC CHEESE BREAD!! I went BACK in and asked for a refund considering I received nothing I actually ordered and the employee stated he “just put some cheese bread in” and it will be out soon in which I clarified that I want my money back. Nothing was hot nor ready. Little Caesars in Clayton needs better management at night or your store is guaranteed to be shut down. I seen several people receive refunds other than me.

Terrible service and the order is always incorrect when we order through the app and go to pick up. The young guy they have working behind the counter could care less...
We ordered online from little caesars for pi day. When we went to pick up they didn't have crazy bread or the pizza puffs that we ordered. On top of that, they were an hour behind on making pizzas. We asked for a refund and were told we'd have to come in the next day for one since there was no manager on duty. We called the manager the next day and she was rude and not helpful. We got none of our order and we didn't get our money back.

Well Wednesday I was minding my business with my kids on 70 and the pickup truck behind me at the light yelled the “N” word and then tried to intimidate with a truck full of white dudes smiling obnoxiously like we living in the 60’s when they swerved on the side of me; listen woman or not we ain’t playing those games; and what do you know he’s the curly head cashier today on pins and needles like did you not think I wouldn’t see you again if you work in “Clayton”; so you’re serving people of color that you despise; and he was scrambling couldn’t get peoples orders right or together; you should prob be focusing on dineros so you don’t actually have to serve the people you despise so much makes sense right; see God don’t play about me cuz I was fuming and then God said victory is mine hallelujah… be careful of what you consume cuz if he’s making the pizzas I would caution you eating the pizza here if you’re a person of color… pray and ask God to bless your food wherever you go because racist are alive and well in Clayton and everywhere else ijs

I called ahead to order my food and the phone associate assured me it’ll be ready when I got to the store. Although it was not ready as soon as I got there, the food was fresh and tasted good, so it’s 5 stars in my book! Can’t go wrong with hot pizza and wings!
