I had a horrible experience today, I put my order in at 5:04pm for a 6:15pm-6:20pm pickup. I got there at 6:10pm and was told it was not ready yet. I waited in the store until 7:20pm until my order was ready. They didn't give me Pepperoni Crazy Puffs because they said they ran out, instead they gave me cheesy bread. This store has to be one of the worst LC restaurants in the country. I hate leaving bad reviews but after trying this store 4 separate times with the same horrible results I just have no choice. Order mixed up on almost every occasion, store staff horrible to work with a very rude. Also don’t dare door dash here, as you will not receive any order, and have to cancel everytime. Doesn’t seem what you do, this place cannot get it correct.
