Five of us arrived at 4 pm for our grandson's birthday. We waited over an hour for our food and was told that the kitchen was getting backed up only one hour into the dinner crowd. When our prime rib dinners finally arrived, the food was stone cold and the prime rib was terrible when we had been assured it was so special that it was only served on weekends and went fast and the steak was cold and tasted so terrible that we sent everything back and had it taken off our bill. The manager was very nice and gave us no hassle at all but corporate needs to come into this store and get it straighted out. The service is painfully slow and the food was a disaster. The only Outback that we would never return to because it was such a disappointment.

I usually don’t do reviews, but worst meal I’ve had in years. Can someone explain to me how a churrasco comes half well done and half medium. Also get real bartenders , your making drinks by reading directions off post cards. Save yourself the time and go to Longhorn Steakhouse.

1. Greeters sat they dont have waiting area. They have 2. Ribeye cooked then left aside, then cooked again. Taste horrible very dry 3. Side rice is under cooked 4. I don’t need to talk about chicken tenders my 4 years old ordered 5. Waiter came 11 times to ask if we need anything and keep interrupting our conversation.

He was very attentive and professional at all times and made sure our food was good. He was constantly checking on us and making sure everything was to our standards. Update: We went in for an early dinner. Love the Aussie, Aussie, Aussie. I got the wedge salad upgrade. It's almost a meal in itself. The lettuce is fresh and with those juicy grape tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, and tender bacon. The blue cheese dressing is great and the balsamic glaze is the perfect finish. I got the flame grilled seasoned shrimp with a rremoulade sauce and tender garlic toast. It was accompanied by a baked potato. My cheesecake had to go home with me. The raspberry sauce was to die for. My friend got the loaded potato soup which was hot and well seasoned. Also ordered was a bloomin burger with a loaded potato. The burger was cooked as ordered with meat juicy and tender. The onion straws were crispy and he enjoyed adding the bloomin sauce onto the burger. His cheesecake also went home. Service was excellent with Katielynn and check backs and refills were prompt. Previous: I went here with family. I ordered a wedge salad which was a meal into itself. The lettuce was crisp. The bacon, tomatoes, and blue cheese crumbles add perfect touches. The dessing and balsamic glaze are the perfect finishing touches. I got the steak with loaded potato. Truly an amazing meal .
