Went to eat there yesterday and while I was eating my salad a piece of hair was mixed in my salad. I asked to speak to the supervisor she came out. She was very polite and asked me if anything that she can do. I told her no, but I did tell her that I think that her staff should wear hair nets and beard nets further included, I will not be eating there no more

The French Onion Soup was waaaay too salty for me. My meal came before my salad. My steak was under cooked, my husband's steak was overdone. Total failure and it was my birthday. Very disappointing.

I placed a pick up order and everything was cooked perfectly. Our favorite meal is the salmon, it has such a great flavor. Hats off to the chef. The food was delivered to the car as soon as i pulled into a space. I didn’t even call to say I’m here. It was excellent service. I’m very happy with my experience with Outback in Clayton!!!!

We were welcomed by the host and seated within a few minutes of arriving. It took several minutes before anyone came over to our table to take drink orders. Wasn't too busy so not off to the greatest start. By the time the waitress got there my wife and I have already decided what we wanted to order. Food came out quick and was delicious. My wife ordered the trio meal which came with a dessert. At this time our drinks were finished and never was offered a refill. The tables next to us, same problem. Everyone was looking for this waitress. From the time we finished our meal to me having to physically go up and ask about my wife's dessert was roughly 25 minutes. I have no idea what happened but my god. Almost and hour and a half total at this place and most of it was waiting on a dessert. Maybe they were making the cheesecake fresh...... you do great, you get a great tip, you do poorly, well, not my fault you dont get much. Told the manager and she said come back and we will make it right. You aint going to remember me, so idk how you will make it right when you dont take down any information. Like I said, great food and the host was great. But service was absolutely terrible.
Blooming Onion was fantastic. Loaded mashed potatoes were excellent. Salads were pretty good. Sirloin had a taste somewhere between no taste to slightly off putting. I wouldn't try it again if that is how Outback sirloins taste. Maybe the filet would be better. Service was good but a bit hectic. We somehow managed to have two servers who didn't seem to be communicating. We'll give it another shot in a month or so.
Update: Went tonight for takeout and got the Blooming Fried Chicken and it was amazing!! As was the Carrot Cake! Takeout staff was very organized and nailed our order perfectly. Love that they have a dedicated section for takeout as well as ample parking. Well thought out. Looking forward to returning!
Update 2: Filet is amazing. Had it at least 8 times now. So good! This place is awesome!

Very poor experience during lunch. Got seated and we didn’t have any silverware. Had to ask a random waiter for some. It took almost 10 minutes before we were asked for our drinks. Drinks then took a while to get to us. When we got them, there were no straws given. The bartender was our waiter and he was overwhelmed since he has about 10-11 different tables to take care of. He made some good drinks! Despite the good drinks, the food was very poor and came out very slowly. Once we received our food, the Alice springs chicken quesadilla was good. However, my steak was very fatty and sirloins are not known to be fatty. It had no flavor. It was crunchy tasting, so I didn’t eat the rest. The mashed potatoes were gross without any salt or flavor. Service was overall very poor this visit. It’s sad that this is one of the very few restaurants in town where you can get a steak.
I probably won’t be back.

Came in for my birthday a few months ago, 71, yea. 1st time visit, Paige did an exceptional job that night, made me a return customer. Have returned several times, I'm from Nebraska, a good prime rib or steak is difficult for me to find. I've enjoyed several here. Other meals have ALL been good, at this location. Gerald.

Our server was very nice. Any mistake made she was prompt and accountable for. We did have an 8 top with 4 children so a mistake was inevitable. Our blooming onion was bit over cooked but our steaks were the perfect temp. We ordered an Alice springs chicken/ steak combo but merely got roasted chicken. Our server jumped into action and fixed it, promptly. After we settled our bill, a request for cheesecake was surprisingly complementary. Place was very busy at 730pm and a call Ahead seating was honored, which worked out perfectly.
