Whole pizza might be good to order but would completely avoid pizza by slices, especially if you ask for toppings on these slices. They reheat cheese slices and then just put toppings over hot pizza, you could see that there's no browning at all on the toppings like jalapenos or green peppers. Horrendous!!!

Moved to Clayton almost 2 years ago. Have been by Primo Pizza many times and said we gotta try it. Finally did today. Asked for a plain cheese pizza, partially cooked cuz it was earlyish and we were gonna finish cooking at home. The gentleman making the pizza cooked it exactly as asked, showing us before we took it. Being from the NY area, and my husband being Italian, we are very picky about our pizza. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Highly recommend - you will NOT be disappointed 🥰

We have been coming here for years and it has just progressively gotten worse. They didn’t know where our order was but my order said it was ready for pickup. Our pizza wasn’t even done tonight so I had to come home and finish cooking it myself, the cheese and sauce slid right off the pizza when picked up. I think it’s time we are giving up on this place and trying something new.

Got the wings from here and they were super small for 15$ which they weren’t as small previously , was never greeted upon coming in and they also took over 25min to fry with no customers waiting.

We have been eating here every Friday for the last two months. Today, after eating two slices each of our mushroom pizza, we found a MASSIVE clump of black hair baked into the remaining two slices. We normally have no issues with this but that has turned us off permanently.
