Awful customer service. Placed an order in person around 4pm and had a special request of no ham to be added to the supreme pizza. Waited nearly 45 minutes for it to be ready and upon arriving back at home, I noticed ham was on the pizza. I returned to the restaurant and no apology was offered.

Worst pizza within a 50 mile radius! Any good pizza maker will either sauté or roast their veggies before putting them on a pizza to bake, but the folks at Primo toss raw veggies on top of the cheese towards the end of the pizza’s cooking time, which leaves the pie tasting watery and flavorless.

We called in our pizza takeout, the service is excellent very accommodating. The Friday special is excellent. The pizza was Very Good. Atmosphere rating doesn’t matter since we did take out, it’s not a place you think about atmosphere because you’re not dining there. The crust of the pizza was really good. All in all great value and if you’re looking for a legit NY pizza this is as good as it’s going to get for Cary.

Food is excellent. The staff is always friendly and helpful. But the venue is a bit in need of TLC. I’ve had a roach fall out of the ceiling while dining in twice in one visit. So I just order to go now and don’t get toppings so I can see if there is a bug. This place would be amazing if they were in a different space.

Primo’s has the best pizza I’ve ever had in North Carolina. Nothing else comes close. We make a 40 minute round trip just to pick up one pizza, and it’s worth it every time. I’m jealous of anyone who lives nearby!

Well I tried to rectify the situation but after getting a ham and pepperoni stromboli, I take it back and supposedly pick mine up. I get home and the steak stromboli with cheese, mushroom, green peppers and onions was beef, peppers and onions. No mushrooms and I paid extra I said and was not told anything over the phone.. I called and the gentelman told me that mushrooms do not come in stromboli's but they have a veggie stromboli that has them and I asked to add it for extra. I was wanting to try a new place and I am so disgusted and no dinner for me. They were nice but this cant be steak, its def ground beef. I am not sure why I didnt stay with what I know and stay going to venero's. I am so disappointed. LEARNED LESSON!
Amazing pizza!! I have been ordering from Primo Pizza ever since they opened in Clayton. The pizzas are delicious and are prepared NY style. I typically get pepperoni but this evening we got the New Yorker and it did not disappoint!! The fresh green peppers and sliced onions adds so much flavor. This is now a favorite in my home.Primo also always provide great service!
